Not good work and expensive

It sucked. No response from them. Stop asking me. I have already responded.

Installed a new hot water tank and removed and discarded the old one

Responded quickly to my need to have flashing repairs on my facia damaged by storm. Worked quickly and did excellent repair. Very reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

Didn’t finish the job. Had to take him to court. He was supposed to install bathroom cabinets and light fixtures. had a contract written then did not complete. Very sloppy work. Dumped something in my shower he didn’t clean up and now is stained.
He wanted all cash, When I said I was unhappy with work, he went into a rage and threatened me. He has a long arrest record

I needed a new outside spigot. Rogo was here the day after I called him to do the estimate. He then scheduled the job the same week!! How about that for service?! He was very professional and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend!!

Rogo's Handyman Service did outstanding work! They were able to install a new toilet and replace the old carpeting with new laminate in two bathrooms all in ONE day! Fast, efficient and quality workmanship

Very disappointed with this man's service. If you use him, have a witness to any oral promises and also get other estimates. He did bathroom work for me, had a contract written in general terms, then did not fulfill things he said has would do. Example: did not remove mold on tile work, would not take old toilet, even though he said orally he would, installed faucet poorly and did not sand dry wall around medicine chest properly.
He wanted all cash, added $200 for "extra work" which he orally had said he would do.
I like to hire veterans and local contractors, but this man is a stain on other workers.

Besides the above, he installed a 10000 btu window air conditioner unit, replaced the hot water heater, climbed up and reattached the gutter and downspout and did various other jobs in a professional manner. He has saved my sanity by coming over on a holiday and a Sunday to repair water coming through the ceiling. Rogo is a super, skilled handyman reasonably priced and I will always use him.

I have used Mark two times. Each time with a few diverse jobs. Mark wastes no time, pays attention to detail and does things the right way. Both times work was performed within the estimated cost and he was sensitive to our schedule.
I already have more work for Mark to do and I can recommend him highly. Give him a call (but wait until he seals my driveway) 😎.

I had Mark do some work that required 20+feet of ladder. He maintains good communication leading up to the project and does 100% what is agreed upon in project planning. His prices for the work seem relatively competitive - thanks Mark!

Mark was professional, prompt, knowledgeable and did an outstanding job! I had him power wash the house and it is literally the cleanest it has ever been. The spots on the house that were extra gross, he scrubbed with a brush!!! Who does that anymore? The answer is Mark from Rogos!!!
