Took advantage of a Special Offer for my annual AC Tune Up. Brandon and Steve were the service professionals who did the work. They were thorough and informative. I have been a long time customer of Krohn for all my HVAC matters .

Special shout out for Bobbi who coordinates all scheduling for maintenance and repairs.. She is first rate at doing this and a pleasure to work with.

Brandon is very knowledgeable. His attention to detail is exceptional. He got my system up and running in 20 minutes! Will definitely be using Krohn plumbing and HVAC in the future!

I call this number earlier today in the woman asked well why are you calling me and told me please don't call again. Didn't even hear me out or give me a reason why. I am a owner taking over a business (Hotel with 170 rooms) in the area, And thought it would be convenient to have a local plumber handy but i was wrong. You guys missed out of at least 20-30,000 dollars of revenue.

Krohn and it’s great staff played the role of hero for our business recently. A staff member accidentally clogged a high speed suction line which shut down the evacuation system. With the need to be operational quickly due to an impending complicated and emergency situation, Krohn saved the day. This issue was addressed with incredible timing and expertise and left us once again grateful for the talented staff at Krohn. Thank you very much.

2 hours worth of work to replace a corroded pipe as preventative maintenance. The charge was over $500 that included a $90 trip charge and we live 2.5 miles away. Technician and apprentice were professional and did their job but it was a simple job. Turned out. After they left, we realized they mixed up the hot and cold valves so we were without hot water for 24 hours. Finally figured out how to correct it ourselves. Way, way overpriced.

Came home from a business trip to find the AC wasn't kicking on. Made a phone call after hours and they fit me in mid morning the following day. Charles the technician identified the issue, explained our options and got us back up and running quickly. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

I was given several options for scheduling convenience with a reasonable time window.
The plumbers arrived on time as scheduled and worked quickly and efficiently.
Both gentlemen were courteous and took the time to explain everything to me and my wife
