I received a quote and confirmed a date and time for the first cleaning appointment with Allison. The team was a no-show, and despite reaching out multiple times to ask whether they were still coming, I never received a response or any explanation.

I’ve had another person clean my house for a while. I was unsatisfied with their cleaning and switched to Two Maids. My last house cleaning this past week was awesome. Actually since the new arrival of Karen doing my cleaning it has been wonderful. Extremely thorough.

We couldn't be happier with the Two Maids Deep Clean service. The friendly staff left everything sparkling, the house smelling fresh and every little detail covered. This service was worth every penny. I'd highly recommend Two Maids.

Karen and Maria did an amazing job on my house. I found the communication with two maids to be exceptional. Karen walked through the house with me to make sure I was satisfied and Alison, the owner, came to my house to inspect the work and to make sure I was happy. The communication is far above any other service I have used. This was for a deep cleaning but I have them scheduled for regular cleanings. The house was clean but didn’t smell overly chemical, which I appreciated (they bring their own products). Very happy!

I had booked Two Maids for a Move In/Out service and was quoted at a large number, which I was fine with knowing what needed to be done. I had chatted with owner Alison on the phone when booking the clean. I had told her exactly what to expect, that the home had resided an elderly man and haven’t been properly cleaned in what was probably years (so lots of dust and things like that). When I had returned to the home after the cleaners had left I was met with floors that were never mopped (we had someone in there spackling the day before so there were spackle spots on the hardwood floors, which I had my husband take a video and he ran his finger over one of the spackle drips and it came up with a DRY finger — so imagine how easily it would of came up with a simple mop and some solution), dust build up in closets that were clearly never even opened, window sills that were still completely dusty and never wiped down, a soap tray in the shower filled with grim and buildup, etc. I had reached back out to Alison who pawned me off to another person, where that woman told me that they did not have the “equipment and tools” to clean my house properly, when all it would of taken was a simple mop and wiping away dust and maybe a little scrub in the shower….

On their website it states exactly what is expected of a clean in which was not delivered at all, and then I was expected to pay full price still, when I was now going to be the one who was going to have to clean it, after paying over $500+ for this service. They cared more about cleaning my refrigerator than mopping my floors and addressing ACTUAL dirtiness within the home. (Isn’t mopping floors normal protocol for cleaning services????)

This company never came out to see what needed to be done (which again was just getting rid of a lot of dust and some bathroom buildup grime) and I was supposed to be held responsible for the “amount of attention” the home needed (which again was literally just dust build up and shower grim) when I in-fact told Alison on the phone what they were to expect when they got there. They write on their website what the clean entails and then decides what is to be actually done.

They offered me to come back out and clean, in which I told them was not an option as I have other services coming into get to the house move-in ready. These things needed to be addressed before we could have other services and contractors come in there to start other projects. So now I am left having to do it myself.

I don’t recommend this company at all.

Very experienced tree service! Always leave my yard clean with no ruts from machines or trucks. When I was under pressure to get a tree down quickly, Delaware Valley Tree got the job done. I highly recommend them. Thanks!

I do not usually write reviews, however, I had to make an exception in this case. Justin (working owner), Mike (working foreman), Melvin (climber) and entire team are top notch. These guys are responsive, professional, hard working men. The entire team tackled a massive tree clearing project at my home that I just bought back in late June 2018. My wife, father-in-law and I could not be happier. I have been raving to anyone that will listen to me that if they need a top notch tree company...look no further than Delaware Valley Tree...just hire them. I have absolutely zero complaints. I am a customer for life!

Rony and his team did an excellent job on our mulching and shrubbery trimming/removal. He was on time with his team, they worked straight through lunch even with the light rain, and they came in at the exact quoted price. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for lawn, mulch, landscaping work for their home or business.

We had 3600 sq ft of sod put down in some trouble areas in the back yard. Ethan started and completed the job when promised. The crew was courteous, professional, and did an excellent job. Will definitely use Malvern Lawn Care again.

Aggressive driver of truck 4 tried to run me off the road after the road went from 2 lanes to one. After the passing lane ended the driver decided to speed up and enter my blind spot, luckily my car has blind spot detectors. They continued passing me after the passing lane had ended to tailgate the car in front of them nearly forcing me into the curb. I understand this review doesn’t reflect the quality of their lawn care, but because it was an interaction with the company I feel it’s justified.

Ethan/Cliff and the the Malvern Lawn Care crew did a fantastic job with our hardscaping, landscaping and lighting around our new porch. They were very responsive and professional. A+ and would recommended to anyone.

The kindest people run this company. They are so efficient while working, and put a lot of time to make everything look perfect. Malvern Lawn Care leaves you with the cleanest looking lawn your eyes will ever lay on.

MLC has done our fall yard cleanup for the past few years. They always do a fantastic, thorough job. They're knowledgeable, flexible on timing and reasonably priced. We appreciate their hard work!
