Very high quality company to work with. I recently contacted this company on behalf of my parents who had a water leak in their basement. Within a few hours, they had a crew onsite who began removing the walls and ceiling. They also coordinated to have a plumber come out. They worked very well with their insurance company. It was really a seamless process. Not only was the crew fast and efficient, but they were kind. Everyone form the estimator to the general manager to the tradesman were kind, caring, and compassionate. Most importantly: they were honest and hard working. The repairs are nearly complete and it looks better than before the damage happened. I would highly recommend Duckstein!

Duckstein Restoration is the most competent and caring crew I’ve ever experienced. Duckstein was assigned by my insurance company when we had a significant amount of water damage to my house and did a fantastic job with the dry-out. When we had another similar issue a few months later, I called them immediately and received the same great service. Highly recommend!

Beware! This company took advantage of me during a crisis (flood). In April, they ripped out 2’ of drywall in every room of my finished basement to remove the wetness, and they put fans in for a few day, that’s it (I removed flooring, furniture, etc. on my own). The bill was over $3100!!! I did agree to $3k IF they could also provide an estimate and schedule to repair and put my basement back together, but they never answered me when called repeatedly. Craig DID get back to me about the invoice (2 months later) and instead of trying to help to solve my concerns about the unfinished commitment, he threatened to take me to the magistrate. Who does this to their customers? It is a shame that this company takes advantage of people in crisis. DO NOT HIRE Duckstein if you expect restore + repair, they over commit and under deliver. They left my house a complete mess….UNACCEPTABLE.
