Ryan came on a Monday when o had no heat by Wednesday I had heat. He was fast to install the unit and very fair pricing. We will be using him for maintaining the units. Thank you for helping us out.

I cannot say enough good things about Ryan and his work. He initially provided an estimate then came back to assist after another contractor broke my 96 year old father’s boiler, which resulted in an emergency replacement. He and his crew got the new system installed and running within 24 hours. I would highly recommend him if you need HVAC work.

Last weekend was warm and sunny, so of course my AC started blowing warm air. I contacted Ireland's after I was unable to get ahold of the company we usually use - very glad I did! Ryan came out (on a Sunday) to assess. Unfortunately, the unit was pretty much kaput. Ireland's was able to install a new unit yesterday and at a fair price. They arrived when they said they would &:did what they said they would do . I'm thankful to be able to shut the noise & pollen out again.

Ryan's been my guy since before he started his business. Going on 9nyears I've been a homeowner and he's been there since the beginning Reliable, fast, efficient, affordable, and kind. Someone I've ALWAYS been able to count on. My old AC was dying and he was here as soon as he could. Had my house comfortable again quickly!.

They cleaned and fixed an old furnace for me at a great price. They are going to be my first call for HVAC problems from now on.

Terrible, i called them 2 wks ago. Was told they would call me back still haven't got a return call. I was trying to use a local co. to check my furnace because my heat wasn't coming out great. I guess I don't rank among there regs.

The pros are that their Service Techs have been courteous, and their prices have been reasonable. However, my chief complaint is regarding their after hours service. My (only) 15 year old furnace has crapped out each of the past 3 winters. In 2016 when I made a service call on a Saturday morning, a tech was relatively quick to respond. He competently diagnosed the problem as my main board and replaced it. In 2017 I placed a call on a Sunday morning when my furnace would not start. I placed several more calls on that same day, and was told that the tech got the messages and would be out. They never showed and I had to send my wife and kids to a family member's house for the night. I called as soon as they opened on Monday and received an apology for the mixup. A tech was out within an hour. He made two trips that day. After the first part he replaced did not fix the issue he replaced the main board again, which solved the problem. Then on Saturday 2/3/18 i woke up to my furnace not working again. I called at 830am and explained that I had my 2 young kids and a pregnant wife in the home with no heat, and asked for a tech to be sent out. I was told that I would be a "priority" given the circumstances. I called again at 130pm and 330pm. I never heard back and they never showed. I did get a very brief call on Monday morning asking if my furnace had gotten fixed. I told them that I had and that was the end of the call. The company I did get to come out diagnosed the problem as a bad main board (again), and pointed out some rust indicating that my compressor was leaking and water was dripping through onto the board, causing the problem. That rust was noticed by the Germek Tech in 2017. We discussed it and I was told that it was not a big issue. Given that I don't want my family waking up in a cold house once every winter, and the price of replacing just the compressor, I have chosen to have the other company install a new furnace. Germek does admittedly have good prices, but really should not advertise as being 24 hour service when they disregard weekend calls 2 out of 3 times. I was extremely disappointed and will not be giving them an opportunity to do work for me in the future.

The people at L. Germek are the best, most reasonably priced Heating and Air Conditioning business around. I’ve been using them for the past 11 years or so, and I highly recommend them. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very reliable, and very courteous.
