Joseph took care of us when we bought a new home that had some significant plumbing problems. The team was expert, courteous, fast and, like the name says, affordable. When we had a gas leak, they were right out, and got us back up and running. When our ancient boiler needed replacing, they got us a new one installed fast—and worked tirelessly to make sure that it was a perfect, smooth-running fit for our home. They're honest, pleasant, prompt, and expert. Highly recommended.

I contacted the company for a kitchen sink repair and they sent a team out within one business day! The team was professional and work efficiently to get the job done; and even tighten my outdoor railing that was loose! Thanks for the service!

Just had Joe's team come out for a water heater replacement. Whole job was done in about 2 hours, even though we have a very difficult crawl space to work with. The main reason I went with Joe initially was because he was the only plumber we called at 5:30pm that didn't use an answering service that had no idea what they were supposed to say. Nice work Joe and team! Would highly recommend to anyone.

My wife and I are first time home buyers of 4 months. We found out that our vent pipes in our front yard were broken. After getting 4 estimates Joseph was by far the most fair offer we received. We were extremely worried about this issue. From the first phone call Joseph was professional and very prompt. He did everything he could to explain the issue and how it would be fixed. Joseph and Chuck showed up when they said they would and finished by the estimated completion date. Everything was cleaned up and put back perfectly. I have absolutely no complaints and feel confident in reccomending Josephs Affordable Plumbing to anyone and for any job, big or small.

I got a new steam heater installed at my home. From the moment I contacted Joe, I appreciated his responsiveness in answering and returning phone calls. He came out to assess what I needed, gave me a price later that day, and set up an appointment. In both the quote visit, and the actual service, Joe and his crew showed up on time. They also utilized tarps and were mindful to keep my basement in the same condition that they found it in. I can tell that Joe cares about his business and service.

Got lucky with same day service! Spoke to Joseph on the phone who could pretty much assess the problem by asking key questions. He knew what parts would be needed and gave an estimate which was accurate for the fix. The guys who came out did a great job quickly. Will definitely use them in future and highly recommend.

I had a great first experience with Joe and his guys a little over a year ago. I had a pipe break in my basement and they came out and took care of it quickly (albeit the guys who worked on it could have come out of a Laurel and Hardy bit). While he has never been very patient or timely they did the work. The last two times I have used Joe's affordable I was really unhappy. He charged me $500 for a heat system treatment. The first time they came out they didn't even do it correctly. They simply bled the system and left a huge mess of rusty water on the floor and in my downstairs bathroom. When I told him they didn't do the treatment I had to reschedule and he said I had to be charged more (even though that was the original job). When I asked him to seal off a few valves that were leaking he said he didn't want to do it and that I should just call him when it got cold out. Most recently, I had a radiator bust on me. Joe insisted he would need to cap it off (charge me for labor) get a new one (makes sense) and charge me for labor again to install it. He said it might cost up to 1400 for the whole job and when I paused to think about it he got angry and stormed out. Called someone else right after he left and they gave me a quote over the phone (half of what Joe wanted to charge), asked for the measurements, and said they would be there before EOD with the radiator in hand and could install it in an hour. Shop around before calling Joe's affordable. Plumbing is hard skilled work, but throwing tantrums can lose you business real quick.

Called joe affordable plumbing on a Saturday, within 15 minutes got an immediate response for Joe, and he was out with an free estimate on Sunday afternoon. He explained his pricing worked within our budget and he and his team were very professional. Even after the work was done, I found a small mistake. Joe was easy to get in contact with, came back out corrected the mistake himself the very next day. From this point on I'll be going to Joe's for my plumbing needs...

We called in the morning to see if somebody could help us install a new garbage disposal and by mid afternoon Bob Clark was at our home and a few hours later we were up and running. Prior to this we did not have a garbage disposal so Bob had to reconfigure the pipes under the sink. When done he tested it 3 times and left our home spotless. Great job Bob Clark!!

I am a 82 yr. old handicapped widow on social security. I DO NOT LIE!!
The only reason I let him in my house a second time is because he said he would fix my flange (he already knew my floor was warped when he promised to fix it) I thought he felt bad for overcharging me for the valve.
Josephs was supposed to fix a valve in one bathroom and a flange in another. I was charged $425. to fix a valve. It took 10 minutes and a $18.00 part. A RIPOFF. When I complained to Joseph, he said he would fix my flange for $500. no matter what. He came the next day with a plumber I had requested he not bring because he was rude to me when he was fixing the valve.
As Joseph entered my home, he was already revising his statement. Now he said he would do what he could do to fix the flange (a little different then fixing no matter what.). He charged me $300. and said the flange was fixed. Next day I had a carpenter in to tell me how much it would be to fix the floor and he said the flange was not fixed.
I paid $725. and all Joseph's Affordable Plumbing did was fix the valve.

Had a great experience with Robert and the guys from Joseph's. Did an excellent job and gave me much more reasonable price for replacing a shut off valve than a local competitor. Would definitely use them again.

Joe is great. He sent his guy out immediately to fix our back drain and kitchen drain. It turned out to be a bigger job than it was so he scheduled his guys back out the next day to complete it so my tenants didn't have to live with standing water in their sink. He called me every couple of hours to keep me updated on the progress. I would use him again.

Another quality job completed. I had a upstairs tub leaking water through to my kitchen ceiling. I could not find the source and a contractor that looked at it couldn't either. Joseph's was able to find the source right away and show it to me through the access panel for the tub. They were able to perform the work sooner than originally scheduled. Since the the access panel was not standard and only provided limited access to the tub they expected that a carpenter would need to be brought in to expand it. However, they were able to add a second panel below the original and save me several hundred dollars on the job. The crew was courteous and the work was done neatly and cleanly at a fair price. I continue to have complete confidence in Joseph's and recommend them fully.

The second time now that we’ve used Joseph’s Affordable Plumbing. Joe came right out and fixed everything perfectly for heating with a same-day call on a Sunday. He even made 2 extra runs to get parts. He is knowledgeable, priced fairly, and reliable. I highly recommend Joe for any and all plumbing and heating jobs.

I just had Joseph's Affordable Plumbing and Heating out to my house to fix a couple issues (bathtub, outside faucet) and replace a drain pipe in my garage. They were extremely professional, efficient, and very reasonably priced. Joseph takes pride in his work, explained things, and kept me updated every step of the way. Hopefully I never have need of a plumber again but if I do they will certainly be the first ones I call. After having a lot of home improvement done to my house and dealing with a lot of different companies, Joseph's Affordable was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend them!

The plumber came out. He changed the flap on the inside of the toilet. About an hour after he left the toilet began to run over from the top. This was on a Friday. My husband called back to let him know that the toilet was still running over. The person over the phone said that the plumber would be back out on Saturday. she called back hours later and said to the plumber left early due to being sick and would come back on Sunday only he didn't come back until Monday. Not only was he inconsistent about returning to fix the problem he didn't have all his materials when he first Came out he had to run to Home Depot to get more supplies. When he left that Monday or should I say after he left the toilet did to the same it was still running after about an hour. We took a loss and had to call another plumber. I will never do business with Affordable plumbing again.

I've used Joe's twice now and both times have been extremely pleased with both the service and price. The entire team at Joe's is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and they've helped me understand the products installed as well as how to maintain them. I have a couple other things that need to be done by a plumber and you can be certain that I plan on using Joe's for those and any other future plumbing needs.
