We had a drip on the main water line in our garage that I tried to fix, but tightening didn’t work. We have a bizarre configuration and thought it would be best to call in a professional. Of course these things always happen on a weekend. So I figured to avoid a higher weekend rate I would message them to request an appointment for during the week. They contacted me promptly Monday morning and were here Tuesday in the two-hour window. Dom recognized our last name and said he’d remembered doing work for my father-in-law. I love the personalized service. He replaced the aging fixture and gave us options on how to replace. He was prompt, courteous, neat, and did the job well and we will certainly know who to call for our next plumbing needs.

Jason and Joe were phenomenal. Made it out to our home quickly, were polite, and even cleaned up. Would absolutely call them again for a job.

These guys are top notch! I can not say enough good things about the work they have done in my home. They are honest, thorough, kind, and they genuinely want to do a great job. Dave, Jason and Joe worked hard to find the clog in my sewer drain. Truly above and beyond in my book. They came out multiple times to ensure the job was done right. I will recommend this company to everyone with any plumbing issue.

We had a water main leak in our home. GI pluming was great to work with. Their technician Joe Fleming explained the process every step of the way. He was so kind & detailed in every aspect of this job. Their office manager Victoria was so helpful with quotes, appointments, prompt response to answer our questions. She went above & beyond for us , & so did Joe!!!!

Amazing customer service. Dave was the plumbing tech, he came in assessed the problem. Within a few minutes I had a quote. When he realized there was a second minor leak he came back to me with a quote for that problem. They charge by the job not by the hour. Honest, fair, and unbeatable pricing. I had recent a water heater installed. The entire process was excellent. From the initial call with Victoria at their office to the installation by Joe the master plumber, they were always professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend their services

GI Plumbing was great from the start. They did a rough in for a basement bathroom. They communicated well and did great work. Jason came out to give the quote and explained everything very well. Adam and his apprentice did all of the plumbing work. They were friendly and the plumbing looks great. Jacob helped coordinate the times everyone was coming and getting us on the schedule. We will definitely have GI plumbing come back. The prices were fair and they were the only company that could actually get back to me with a quote the same day!

My natural gas service line was leaking so People’s had to come out and turn off my gas and give me a temporary line. Jason and Jess from GI Plumbing came out super quickly to get me all set up with my new gas line - all this while the temperature was around 5 degrees. They are very professional, explained every step of the way, and even left the job site cleaner than it was before they arrived.

I will definitely be using them again in the future.
