i give my cleaner, Samantha, 5 stars. Sam is an excellent worker we love when she gets to our house and loves when she leaves because our home looks nice and clean. my opinion is that Maidpro is fortunate to have her on staff

Rachel and Mindy arrived at the expected time and after seeing the areas to be cleaned got right to work and finished in about two hours, including cleaning an oven. They were friendly and polite. The house is clean and doesn't smell of cleaning products. It was a positive experience all around.

After major remodel Maid Pro came in to clean prior to our moving back into our home. They were very professional and meticulous. I feel very comfortable having them come into our home on a regular schedule.

Kasey cleaned my home.on Monday, May 21 for the first time and she did such a terrific job that I have requested her as my PRO going forward.

I noticed things that were cleaned that had not been done before or to my approval.

She was so nice and attentive to what needed to be done.

She deserves the $20 bonus!!

Can't say enough good things about our clean from Maidpro! Dealing with Sandy, the owner, was nice as she was very easy to talk to and she did what she could to accomodate me. The girls did an amazing job too. Thank you so much! Great company to deal with!

PRO. Caitlin S. has been cleaning for us for a few months now and she is amazing! She does a great job cleaning and is very punctual. Caitlin S. is also the sweetest to my 3 year old son who looks forward to seeing her every other Friday. :)

So far I am very happy with MaidPro. Especially Kiana who has been coming here routinely. She is always prompt and perky. And does a fine job. Especially the bathrooms/kitchen. I look forward to seeing her next hairdo!

MaidPro has been great for us! We have had Bree come and clean our house a few times now and she always does a very nice job. It's so nice to come home to a clean house and MaidPro makes it easy and convenient!

I have been using Maidpro for the past few years (2-3) and had been generally happy with the service. I have always requested Tiffany specifically as she was familiar with my house, what I needed done, rooms she didn't have to worry about, and was calm and ok with my dogs. However over the past year or so, it has been getting increasingly difficult to schedule her and Sandy is not easy to work with in that regard. Even when Maidpro was the one asking for the change (either to schedule a different day, send someone else, or cancel in advance or sometimes even well after Tiffany was supposed to arrive), Sandy acted like the reschedule was just the toughest task in the world and all of her employees were just so busy. Last Wednesday, I was supposed to have a cleaning and 45 minutes after Tiffany was supposed to arrive, Maidpro/ Sandy called and said Tiffany couldn't come today and didn't really have any other options as a solution to the problem. So I cancelled my service. If you do go with them, I would definitely request Tiffany, although I would also caution on the price....I since have gotten estimates from other cleaning businesses and I can get bi-weekly cleanings for what I was paying monthly to Maidpro. And the first woman I tried today did an excellent job!!!

Kaitlyn has been cleaning for me for a few months and I have zero complaints. She is thorough, my house is spotless and she even lines up my sons stuffed animals, which he gets a kick out of. The owner Sandy is extremely flexible and easy to work with.

We had a recent clean by our regular team of Kelly and Liz and they were joined by a familiar team member Ashlea. Their work was thorough, detailed and performed efficiently. As always, they were congenial and upbeat. It’s always our great pleasure to enjoy their results after they’ve departed.

Bree, Danielle and Nicole were very friendly and wow, what a fantastic job they did! Attention to detail, thorough and my appliances look brand new. Very pleased! Looking forward to a long relationship with MaidPro and these three ladies. Job well done!

I had Staci today and she rocked it! I highly recommend Maidpro McMurray! All the cleaning staff I've had come to my home have really been phenomenal and the office staff, especially Sandy, are so friendly and just ready to help you. Working with Maidpro has seriously helped this single working Mom keep her sanity. (Most of the time. 😊)

Sammy, Emily & Liz came to clean our house for our first time with MaidPro. They were extremely efficient and personable. They completed their 49point checklist within the estimated time frame. Our house was very clean and sparkling after they left which is very hard to do considering we have 4 dogs that shed. Thank you MaidPro.

We have been using MaidPro for a number of years with Sam and Kendall being our regular cleaners. They both do a great job with professional service. It is always a wonderful feeling to walk into a clean house after their visit!

I have been very pleased with the service we have received from MaidPro. All of the worker who have been here have done a good job and, when I have been working at home, they have cleaned the house quickly and efficiently. Heather and Brianna were the most recent team who were here and did a very good job. I have also been especially pleased with Rachel's work.

We absolutely love Tiffany! She always does such a great job and we have been her regular for years now. Sandy is always following up with us to make sure we are happy and I've never had a problem rearranging our schedule if needed. We highly recommend them!

The ladies that show up differ from time to time but they try to keep some consistency so someone on the team is always familiar with our house. Sam and Angel have been to our house a few times now and they do a great job. We have been very happy with the level of detailed clean they provide.
