Thank you Kirk, The Branch Manager, and crew, for an outstanding professional job removing my oversized, Octopus-shaped, Maple Tree, and for understanding the true meaning of Outstanding Customer Service and going way above and beyond others in your line of work.
Although you had numerous obstacles to work around (house, deck, tree house, shrubs, and flowers) you managed to remove my tree (which had become a safety hazard due to its size, age, and health) to the ground without damaging anything. It was amazing to watch how you and your crew engineered the removal and lowering of each branch and piece of trunk to the ground under your complete control safely. You and your team work extremely well together, like a machine of perfectly meshed, well oiled gears.
I love and appreciate your high level of attention to Safety. I was very impressed with how you each wear a Safety Helmet with built in speakers and microphone and how you are in constant communication with each other watching out for each other's safety and you directing all the action. And when equipment noise makes it difficult to hear you have a precise set of hand signals to communicate with each other, just like the Flight Director on an Aircraft Carrier.
Thank you also for the outstanding cleanup at the end of the project.
I will always be glad to give The Branch Manager my highest rating and recommendation to anyone needing any type of tree service.

We had a great experience with this tree service! Not only was the work done professionally and efficiently, but the owner (Kirk) is also a genuinely great person. Communication was excellent from start to finish, the pricing was fair and reasonable, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. It’s clear that they take pride in what they do. We highly recommend this company and will absolutely use them again in the future!

Branch Manager did a great job removing our crabapple tree. They were fast, the price was reasonable and they did a nice clean up! Would highly recommend!
