What can I say??? I am so thankful for your Billboards, I had given up hope but tried one last phone number and that was Harris!! I have contacted about 5 or 6 contacts B4 calling Harris. Today I had contacted someone early in the morning and the contact was not communicating back, so I called Harris. I had explained my dilemma to the receptionist and she assured me she will have someone contact me. Well, she was was right. I'd say w/in 1/2 hr or so I received a text w/ the profile of the young man that would be arriving to help me w/my plumbing issues. Colson Gravely arrived punctually. I wasn't sure if anyone would come based on my past experiences but he did and he resolved all of the plumbing issues I had in the kitchen, my dishwasher plumbing and my outside spigot w/no issues. He let me know every step of what he was doing and was polite, respectful of my property and knowledgeable on his craft. I will definitely use this company in the future for other home improvement needs. Thank u for picking up the call and providing me w/Colson to get the job done when no one else came through. :)

The gentlemen who serviced us were very efficient- knowledgeable, polite, thorough, accommodating. We chose a faucet from pictures, they went and purchased it, and returned and installed it. No messes, just perfect work!
