If you are scheduling plumbing service as part of a home warranty program, do not use this service provider.

Showed up on time, provided great service, was very knowledgeable on the water heater he installed.

Scheduled me twice, never showed up. Never got a call from them saying they wouldn't be showing up. Tried calling and would be sent to voicemail. Completely unreliable.

He answered for us and we are local but he came out right away and helped us. I highly recommend this company for any and all plumbing needs!! A+ THANK YOU!

Bill Brown was assigned to complete a job at my residence... over the course of weeks Mr Brown had made multiple promises to come to my residence to address an issue with my hot water tank (which ended up needing replaced) Mr Brown made several promises to come and never came or called...

I deleted my previous review because you publicly posted my name address and phone number which violates google review policies... and yes, the service was for Kyle.

Bill helped me out with an emergency repair the same day, and explained things in great detail so I knew exactly what the issue was. Incredibly professional and honest. Thanks again Bill.

Honestly after reading these reviews I found he just doesn't like warranty services this is unprofessional I'm my opinion to lie and tell people that your coming and taking jobs you don't want and give people the run around and then submit a totally to high estimate simply because you don't want the job thanks for wasting mine and my wife's time

Called him to fix my mom's toilet that wouldn't flush properly for 2 days. He fixed it quickly and without any issues the same day I called him. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service. Called him to do a job and it was supposed to be done a week ago. Now he won't answer his phone or text me back. Very unprofessional. If you need a plumber, call someone else if you want dependable service.

I called on a Saturday worrying about the pressure building up in my water lines. I didn’t realize it at the time but he answered, while on vacation, and set up an immediate appt for that Monday and showed up on time. Fixed the issue on the spot! Thank you thank you!

Mr. Bill Brown is a terrible and unresponsive plumber. His workers are good, but Mr. Brown does not respond in a timely manner causing us to have a major sewage flooded basement. He took no responsibility in not calling me to help with the situation. He was flippant and rude. Will never use again. He doesn't care!

Was in panic mode when I seen a leak coming into my living room. Had another service (Roto-Rooter) come out and basically tell me there was nothing they could do unless they ripped apart my whole house. They gave me a quote of $9000. NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS. I then turned to Bill Brown for a second opinion. He came to my house and was very professional. Told me the day he would be here and he was here. Took care of business and has everything working again. I will always call Bill with any plumbing issues.

This guy is a joke will not answer his phone will not call back. I have home serve and they are the ones that got him for me. I'll call and get ignored and immediately ill call homeserve and they call him and he answers them but never calls me back I had to get someone else. To save a lot of time and Hassel just call someone else cause eventually you'll have to call someone else anyways cause this guy is a joke.

He was given our claim from Choice Home Warranty and never showed up. We even called him after our appointment window to see what happened. He told us he was running late and would be over and STILL NEVER SHOWED UP! It's really sad that he would take on claims from this company and waste someone else's time knowing he wasn't going to come anyway.
