Really good roofing service. Guys came out to my house to give me an estimate, explained the entire process and went in-depth on all the materials used. Offered good financing options. The day of the roof replacement was incredibly quick and the whole roof was done in less than a day. Clean-up was very thorough. Highly recommended for roof replacement.

We just had a brand new roof put on by Pro Home and Roofing. From start to finish, the whole process was seamless!! My favorite part was being able to text them whenever I had a question, comment or concern. Sometimes calling is such a hassle with some places so I loved that flexibility! They always got back to me ASAP! The workers were very professional and had our old roof taken off and the new one put on in one day - amazing! I was also pleasantly surprised by how clean they left our yard and landscape. We were literally delaying putting new mulch down assuming it would be a mess, but we seriously could have! One thing that we have run into over and over again is contractors who do not return calls or who do not show up for jobs. So, I can not tell you what a RELIEF it was for us to find out about Ridgely Home Services. These guys not only answer calls and messages, but they answer them SWIFTLY. When they say they are going to go out to get an estimate done, they are not there on time, they are there EARLY. When they say they are going to have a quote by X hour, that quote is in my inbox with time to spare. And that's just their CUSTOMER SERVICE that is stellar, now let's talk about the actual WORK that they do. We have hired them for all manner of jobs from hauling, dumping, cleaning, moving, repair work of all kinds, and exterior work. With each job they have done, I have been more and more impressed and more and more grateful to know that they are DEPENDABLE, RELIABLE, HONEST and genuinely a pleasure to work with. I reached out regarding gutter repair. I have a gutter that is not properly sloped towards the downspout. I sent the description and picture of what was going on at their request. The response was that the pitch of a gutter cannot be corrected without replacing them, which is not accurate.

Pretty disappointed at the attempt to upsell me to new gutters. All without truly coming on site but even looking at the picture they clearly would see that the gutter and roof were not in bad shape (the house is 15 years old). Unfortunate response without providing a true estimate after physical evaluation.
