Quality control of Lennox parts are very bad. wasted 200$ for the labor. I won't recommend Lennox for anyone. Technical support took 3 hrs to answer.

Steve is great. Our pilot light wouldn't stay lit and he came out on a Saturday to work on it. He replaced a cracked thermocouple but also figured out we weren't getting enough pressure and flagged down peoples gas that was working on another house nearby. The gas company figured out our line was frozen and our meter was broken. Steve stuck around until they scheduled our repairs. We had him back a couple days later to look over our system once the line was fixed. Knowledgeable and makes sure the job is done right. Wouldn't hesitate to call again. Thanks for the help!

Steve is great. He’s very knowledgable, thorough, and fairly priced. I’ve used him 4 times in the last 4 months on my own home as well as several rental properties. He’s done cleaning/maintenance of furnaces and ac units, and he’s also had to troubleshoot problems and fix them. Payment was quick and easy through PayPal as well. He’s definitely my go-to guy and I highly recommend him!

Steve is the best. He was originally referred by a friend. He responded back immediately and worked diligently to make sure we had heat in the winter. So of course we called him to replace our old struggling air conditioning system in the summer. His prices are fair and I have recommended his services to several people. He's also very professional and honest. He is our go-to guy for all future services. I'm glad he was referred to us.

Amazing company! Owner of the business came to my house on Christmas Day, only a short while after I called. He got my furnace running after another company came out, charged the emergency diagnostic fee, said it was a part that they couldn’t get for 3 days and wanted me to set up an appointment. Kuehn found out it was not the part the other company had said, and fixed what was needed very quickly. I highly recommend this company.

My daughter just bought a townhouse in Trafford needing a new furnace and AC. What a GREAT job Kuehn’s did in replacing both. Great pricing and great workers who made everything work well. Very impressed with them and you will be too. Five Star Platinum referral indeed!
