The best plumber in Monroeville if not all of Western PA. Very trustworthy and fair. Have used him multiple btimes for different things and have always been extremely satisfied!!

Definitely recommend! The girl who answered the phone actually fixed my problem! It was only the matter of resetting my garbage disposal. Very impressed and satisfied. Job well done!

Very punctual. Very very knowledgeable and detailed. I've had over 6 plumbers and he has been the best by far. Not the cheapest... but when has cheap and the best been synonymous?I will never use another plumber as long as I can contact this guy.

I highly recommend this plumber. He is very accommodating . I was unable to book a sooner appointment due to my availability but he offered to FaceTime him to see what was going on. He directed my husband and I for a temporary fix until our appointment via phone

My issue was during a very busy time for him and although he wasn’t able to complete my needs, I received several calls from him to make sure that I was truly taken care of and offered several pieces of advice for anything that may arise in the future!!

Brett is extremely responsive, capable and fair-priced. Brett has fixed a clogged utility drain, replaced a toilet valve and installed a disposal. Brett referred a plumber for gas line. Brett always patiently explains what to do and is most helpful.

We had the floor drain in the basement back up on thanksgiving. We called Brett and he explained on the phone what was the problem. He took care of the problem that day even though he was very busy. Price was very reasonable and the service was very professional. I would and will recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

I had originally contacted another company that spends tons of money advertising on KDKA. I was recommended to call Brett’s Plumbing. I do not regret it. His service, knowledge and professionalism is beyond reproach. He is my first call for all my plumbing issues. I even thought my final bill would have been between $900-$1300. It was only $458. If you need a plumber, call Brett!

Home with 2 small kids and the main floor toilet is clogged. I called Brett - he was just leaving a job and headed to another but asked if we could try to do it together. Brett FaceTimed me and he walked me around my pipes, explained what he was looking at and why and also what each pipe did and why it was set up the way it was. He then patiently explained each step of the process and cheered each time I got it right. The clog cleared and I was ecstatic but then Brett went a step further. I had mentioned that the toilet was never a good flusher. He the walked me though the steps to fix that!! While fixing that he explained the type of toilet I had (brand and age specific without me telling him) and using what he noticed of the bathroom told me whenever I’m ready to replace what type of toilet to look for so I can use the existing footprint! My toilet has not worked this well in the 11 years I have lived in this house. My husband thinks I am lying about doing it myself. Brett’s willingness to take the time, use available technology and empower me to properly care for my own home is priceless. I will never call another plumber If you have any doubts about using Brett don’t - he is a shining example of a master tradesman.

I hired Brett recently to fix a shower drain that was leaking into my kitchen ceiling. I had seen two different plumbers prior to Brett that were unable to resolve the issue. Brett gave me some instructions over the phone to diagnose what might be going on and then ultimately came out to fix the problem.

He was very prompt and thorough and took care of the problem definitively within a matter of a couple of hours. His price was fair and was very professional and knowledgeable. The only downside with Brett is that he's so good that he is in high demand. But I'll hire him again. It's very hard to find a quality plumber and Brett is just that.

After multiple calls to local plumbers, Brett was the only one to call back. It was a Friday evening and we did a FaceTime call as he walked me through troubleshooting steps on my hot water heater to isolate the problem! It was still under the manufacturer's warranty for parts so he gave me the contact for a local authorized manufacturer's servicer so the parts would be covered under the warranty. I truly appreciate his time and effort, professionalism and expertise which ultimately saved me money (a rare find). Thank you Brett!
