We have been customers of Gill for a few years now and I’ve never had a problem. We recently moved to a new house and wanted to get some landscaping work done. Their estimate was a little pricey, but we decided to go with them since we know their work. They laid a natural stone sidewalk for us along the side of the house and just around the corner. I guess it was my fault. I just looked at the sidewalk on the side of the house and it looked fine. But when they left, I noticed that one of the stones in the backyard was about 4 inches out of place. I texted the gentleman that I set up the work with and he referred me to Adam. Come to find out Adam is Adam Gill the owner of the company. I talked to him on the phone and instead of treating me like a valued long time client he actually cursed at me. I was very taken a back by this. All I wanted was the one stone fixed. He said I’d either have to pay another fee or wait till the end of May when they were in the area again. I always pay my bills so I did send them a check for the work. It remains to be seen if they’ll come out and fix the stone that is out of place. They did Top off all of my river rock in my landscaping and did a good job of that. Their customer service by the owner leaves a lot to be desired.
