Doug was extremely helpful and kind when we were dealing with a stressful situation (water damage in our house from a roof leak). The team did a great job removing the damaged wall and drying out the area. Highly recommend!

Bob, Frank and Haden cleaned our air ducts today and everything went great! They were all very nice and polite, and did an outstanding job cleaning our ducts and vents. I was very impressed at how much dust and debris they cleaned out of our ducts (and actually pretty grossed out that we had been breathing that in!). Their price was very good, and was actually less than another company I contacted that didn't do all the steps to clean that Bactronix does. I would 100% recommend Bactronix to others, and have actually already recommended them to two friends! Thank you!

Very pleased with the entire process, Chris set up our appointment and communicated right up to our date. Bob, Gino, and Frank showed up right on time, and was very very careful in setting up all the equipment. Clean all ducts and dry cleaner in 3 hours and showed me the before and after results. I would recommend highly, and ask for the same team.

Contracted Bactronix to address some mold found on basement walls, and from 3 old windows that were leaking and potentially developing mold. The home was not occupied consistently for several years and had an odor that I was hoping to address also.

The initial site-visit by Joe was very thorough and the whole process was presented in a easy to understand and professional way. He took the time to walk through and discuss all the concerns on my mind. The price quoted I felt was reasonable and I felt comfortable proceeding. Bactronix was very easy to communicate with an accommodated me rescheduling twice to coordinate around other contractors.

On work day, the 3 technicians arrived exactly on time as planned. We did a walk through the house and confirmed the process with me and I left them to it. I felt very comfortable with them in my home while I was at work and when I returned I was happy with the care and detail of the remediation work done.

I will say I was surprised at the odor from the treatment at first, but after a few days it really subsides and leaves a pleasant fresh and healthy feel - especially considering the state of the air quality prior. I was worried it would quickly return, but it's been about a month since and still no musty odors. I'm confident in the long term results and the warranty Bactronix provides.

Bob, Chance, and Wayne did a great job! They were professional, courteous, and explained everything they were doing. They treated our house and us with respect, and were very accurate with the estimated time it would take... As for the cleaning itself, it made a noticeable difference. Would definitely recommend this company and crew.

Bactronix is great. Had some elevated mold levels in my attic. Joe was very thorough and provided a great inspection. Corey and Jared were my technicians and did a great job and my levels are down to zero. Hope to never need their services again, but certainly would not hesitate to be a repeat customer. Price was very fair and service was quick, both in scheduling and for the actual application.

Bactronix was out in December and took care of our mold. The company was easy to communicate with and Frank and Zach were very professional and did great work. When we had the drywall repaired, we were told the cuts in our walls / ceiling were some of the cleanest he has ever seen.

Had my dryer vent cleaned out and the booster fan cleaned and working properly. Donte and Jeremiah were both professional and thorough. At one point they were concerned that the booster fan was not working and continued efforts until they got it back up and running again. Now I can hear it's gentle hum every time my dryer is running. Will definitely call them again next year to keep that booster running properly and vents cleaned.

Had Bactronix clean my vents a few days ago. Idk why I waited so long to have this done! The air in my house is so much better, cleaner to breath! Glenn & Jeff were great! Very thorough. My vents are clean and look great. They were nasty! Glenn took the time to explain things to me about where my vents aren't workable and should be and how we can make them usable again. Both Glenn and Jeff were very professional. Great to talk to and very informative. Thank you! I highly recommend. Price for the size of my house was reasonable also.

I'm in the process of buying a house, and one of the requirements to close by my lender was that the basement needed mold remediation.

Bactronix was able to quickly come out to give us an estimate of cost based on what the needs were in order to treat and remove the mold. They were able to quickly come out and demo the previously-finished basement nearly completely while still leaving the framing so that I will be able to refinish once in the home. They tore out and treated everything over the course of one day, and ran an air purifier for several days afterwards to ensure the mold spores would not be present.

When I was able to get back into the basement to check it out, it felt so much easier to breathe in the area and there was no longer the mold/mildew smell.

We had other estimates done for the tear out and treatment and they were nearly twice the cost and I would be expected to rent a dumpster. That was not the case with Bactronix. They took care of everything and the price they quoted me was exactly the cost in the end.

Not only did they do a thorough job, but they were wonderful to work with leading up to it. Their representative regularly kept in contact with me (it took awhile to arrange things with the current homeowners) and were never pushy about their services. It was always a casual check in. They were always quick to respond to regardless of what day it was. That was extremely important to me, because I'm a teacher and I don't often have time to communicate during the regular 9-5 workday.

In addition to all of this, the treatment also comes with a 12-month warranty.

I would highly recommend Bactronix, and I'm so grateful that we didn't go with the other companies we received estimates from.

After a kitchen fire we had soot and smoke throughout our ducts. Our ducts were so dirty. After one treatment the smell was almost completely gone from our house. So happy with the results!

We had Bactronix clean our ducts/dryer vent in October. I waited to do a review to see how effective the air cleaning process was. They did a fabulous job. Customer service was great and the price was reasonable. The Techs were on time and knowledgeable. Unbeknownst to Baxtronix we had just moved into a new home and the air quality in the home was causing me health issues. When I called for an appointment we were able to be scheduled right away due to a cancellation. Since the home has been cleaned I have not had any health issues due to air quality and our home smells cleaner.Thank you Bactronix.

Absolutely top notch experience!! My wife and I bought our first home and knowing the home was built in the 1970s and our one year old daughter would be in the home I started to do my research. After about a day I reached out to bactronix and was thoroughly explained the whole process start to finish of vent cleaning with sanitizing and deodorizing. It was a no brainer for our family! The professionalism of bactronix is unmatched and the service they provide shows day after day. We could feel the difference in the home after having the services performed! Can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Bactronix! Paul called to give me a quote and was so knowledgeable, prepared, and passionate about what they offer. He answered all my questions and provided me with more info than I even expected from just one phone call. Chris was also very helpful leading up to my scheduled service and helped answer some last minute questions I had. And finally, Glenn & Jim who cleaned our air ducts were on time (actually early!), professional, and did an amazing job. They were also very considerate of my pets and me as I was working from home during it! I was also supposed to have my dryer vent cleaned as well, but after they started and realized my dryer hose was ripped and in bad condition, they stopped and recommended I get it replaced instead - they did not charge me for the cleaning even though they already started which I really appreciated it. Glenn, Brenden, and Josiah did an outstanding job with duct cleaning. Very friendly, professional, and efficient. They explained everything well and work great as a team. Immediately felt like the air quality in the house was better and felt relief from allergy symptoms. They made sure to make me feel like a valued customer and gave my dog some extra pets! Jeremiah and Dante cleaned our HVAC deduct work today and did a phenomenal job. They were both polite, efficient and professional from the looks of the before and after pictures it’s remarkable. They were respectful of our carpet and floors and did a thorough job cleaning up after themselves. I would recommend them highly and we will have them back in the future.

I submitted an online inquiry and within an hour I received a call from Chris explaining the process of how Bactronix differs from their competitors. Joel and Josiah were great to work with and respected my property and took care every step of the way when setting up and removing their equipment. My ducts were not horrible but the difference in quality was noticeable for sure!

I recently hired Bactronix to clean my ductwork. They sent three technicians: Jeremiah, Donte and Wyne to my home to complete the work. They we all very friendly, curious and professional. They washed all the supply and return registers by hand and thoroughly cleaned the ductwork as well as applied their anti-microbial, anti-mold treatment. I'm very pleased with the service and would recommend to others. The price was lower than I expected and they did quote a fixed price upfront which is exactly what I was charged at the end.

Great service from beginning to end. Paul promptly returned my initial inquiry, was able to provide a quote on the phone after reviewing some specs about our property, and explained the process thoroughly. Our technicians, Carlos and Ron, were also fantastic. They arrived on time, were polite and clean in our home, and worked HARD to make sure the duct cleaning was done right. We also appreciated the before-and-after pictures of our ducts, as well as the 'report card' about the cleanliness levels they tested for before and after cleaning.
