The guys showed up early and quickly made friends with our dogs, one a golden retriever so you can imagine the hair they encountered! Gino and Frank were friendly and very professional and by the sound of it, cleaned out all sorts of things from our ducts. They left the house smelling so clean. We recently purchased and renovated an older home and knew we needed to have our duct work cleaned. Bactronix came highly recommended and now we see why! They were timely and professional. It took about 2-2.5 hours total. They even sent before and after pictures. I feel better about the air we breathe and much safer related to the possibility of a house fire knowing our duct system is finally clean and dust free! I would absolutely recommend them.

Donte, Joel and Chase were just here cleaning the ducts and furnace and I couldn't be happier. They all are very professional,friendly and did a great job! Everything smells and feels so clean now. I have Bactronix clean my dryer system every year. Most dryers vent outside within 2-3 feet of the appliance, our wonderful builder used a 4" x 15' pvc (yes, I said fifteen feet!) to vent the dryer! Bactronix does a great job...especially Dante & Jeremiah. They are always so polite, punctual and efficient. It's also nice that I usually have the same guys, they know their way around and exactly what to do. I've also used Bactronix to clean all of my ductwork after renovations.

I had contacted Bactronix regarding air duct cleaning after discovering a terrible mold problem behind wall to wall furniture in my house. Chris, the Indoor Air Quality Specialist at Bactronix sent me a quote and scheduled the air duct cleaning the very next day after the mold remediation, and he sent Bob and Damon on February 7th who were prompt, very nice, honest and thorough as they worked in all rooms of my house, skillfully removing and cleaning each air vent and return air register and worked in the basement as well where the furnace is. I told them I had to work from home that day and they worked around me. They were here for more than two hours. I saw what was in the vents as they removed them. They took pictures of the before and after the cleaning of the furnace duct work. I know that job could not be easy, especially cleaning air ducts that had not been cleaned in ten or more years which is how long I have been in this house. Be assured that when Bactronix sends technicians out to your house for your air duct cleaning needs, they are sending good and honest people like Bob and Damon. I am happy with my choice to select Bactronix for this service and will be contacting them again. We are breathing much easier, my dogs also, now that they were at my house. Ask for Bob and Damon when you contact them!! You will be as pleased as I am with their thoroughness with a difficult job like they did with such skill and expertise.

I own a carpet cleaning company & always refer my clients to Bactronix & one other company because I know they're all properly trained & certified. (My previous employer didn't train their aur duct techs well so I will never refer them.) I referred both companies to a friend of mine whose chose Bactronix after doing her own research. She just closed on a house this past Friday in McKees Rocks and had a crew of three on-site when I came to clean the carpets after them & they couldn't have been better. Due to my past experience I was expected to be cleaning up a mess behind them. Very clean, organized & professional. I will definitely continue to refer them to all my clients after seeing them in work in person.

The services Bactronix provides are top-notch. This is the second time we had them treat the ducts for persistent mold/dust issues. The first time was 2021 and we had long period of relief from just that treatment but the mold issues are persistent in this old house so we had to have them come back 4 years later. The Air purifier, paired with remediation and duct cleaning may be the most sound investment for long term remediation if you have persistent issues like mine.

My technician, Carlos T. was so kind and took a personal interest in my wellbeing. Seeing that we had covered all the vents to keep down the airborne pollutants, he could tell I had health issues. I told him I had just been in the hospital because my landlord had opened up the ceiling and filled the whole house with black mold spores. Carlos introduced me to the Second Wind Air Purifier leaflet (see pics) - which is a medical grade UV light that they install into the duct or air return. The best part is that I can submit it for reimbursement to insurance because they are FDA approved medical devices.

Not only did Bactronix services make the air cleaner after the regular duct cleaning - the UV light device they installed is portable so that when I move I can take it with me. I am told the light bulbs last a couple years before needing replacement.

I'm very happy with the services and the technicians are always beyond helpful and very thoroughly clean all the vents and ducts. They are also sensitive to your needs and watch out for your pets when they come. I can't praise and endorse this company and my angel, Mr. Carlos T. highly enough!

I highly recommend the services of Bactronix based on my personal experience with home air duct cleaning and disinfecting. The technicians, Jeremiah and Brenden, were courteous, respectful, efficient, and knowledgeable. They welcomed my input and helped to educate me on the processes and outcome of each step of a surprisingly involved procedure.

Doug was extremely helpful and kind when we were dealing with a stressful situation (water damage in our house from a roof leak). The team did a great job removing the damaged wall and drying out the area. Highly recommend!

Bob, Frank and Haden cleaned our air ducts today and everything went great! They were all very nice and polite, and did an outstanding job cleaning our ducts and vents. I was very impressed at how much dust and debris they cleaned out of our ducts (and actually pretty grossed out that we had been breathing that in!). Their price was very good, and was actually less than another company I contacted that didn't do all the steps to clean that Bactronix does. Very pleased with the entire process, Chris set up our appointment and communicated right up to our date. Bob, Gino, and Frank showed up right on time, and was very very careful in setting up all the equipment. Clean all ducts and dry cleaner in 3 hours and showed me the before and after results. Contracted Bactronix to address some mold found on basement walls, and from 3 old windows that were leaking and potentially developing mold. The home was not occupied consistently for several years and had an odor that I was hoping to address also.

The initial site-visit by Joe was very thorough and the whole process was presented in a easy to understand and professional way. He took the time to walk through and discuss all the concerns on my mind. The price quoted I felt was reasonable and I felt comfortable proceeding. Bactronix was very easy to communicate with an accommodated me rescheduling twice to coordinate around other contractors.

On work day, the 3 technicians arrived exactly on time as planned. We did a walk through the house and confirmed the process with me and I left them to it. I felt very comfortable with them in my home while I was at work and when I returned I was happy with the care and detail of the remediation work done.

I will say I was surprised at the odor from the treatment at first, but after a few days it really subsides and leaves a pleasant fresh and healthy feel - especially considering the state of the air quality prior. I was worried it would quickly return, but it's been about a month since and still no musty odors. I'm confident in the long term results and the warranty Bactronix provides.

Bactronix is great. Had some elevated mold levels in my attic. Joe was very thorough and provided a great inspection. Corey and Jared were my technicians and did a great job and my levels are down to zero. Hope to never need their services again, but certainly would not hesitate to be a repeat customer. Price was very fair and service was quick, both in scheduling and for the actual application.

Bactronix was out in December and took care of our mold. The company was easy to communicate with and Frank and Zach were very professional and did great work. When we had the drywall repaired, we were told the cuts in our walls / ceiling were some of the cleanest he has ever seen.

Had my dryer vent cleaned out and the booster fan cleaned and working properly. Donte and Jeremiah were both professional and thorough. At one point they were concerned that the booster fan was not working and continued efforts until they got it back up and running again. Now I can hear it's gentle hum every time my dryer is running. Will definitely call them again next year to keep that booster running properly and vents cleaned.
