HVAC reviews in Morgan, Pennsylvania

We had an issue with some of our HVAC equipment and call Willis heating and cooling. The owner Zach came himself and had us up and running that day. Work was prompt and professional and prices were very reasonable.

I would gladly recommend him.

Excellent service, support and price. They were here almost immediately to repair my problem, then when I decided to replace my furnace thet counted my service bill towards the price of the new furnace. I've been using ZC (And Chuck Willis) for close to 2 decades and 2 homes, and will surely use them for my next.

Our heat pump furnace had a power surge from the recent power outage Pittsburgh had. I called Zach as soon as it happend late Sunday night and he said someone would be out first thing in the morning.

He and his team were able to quickly diagnose the problem and get the parts ordered under warranty with next day shipping. He was able to help in a critical moment. This is why I went with his company in the first place to get our new heat pump furnace installed. We are back up and heating and made a worrisome thing turn out to be okay.

Awesome job!!!

I had a really phenomenal experience with Zach and his team. They installed an onboard humidifier on our home HVAC last year, and when our furnace started failing in January, they were able to come out and help keep it going for a few more months instead of forcing an immediate replacement. When it finally gave out in March during that random 15-degree cold snap, they replaced the furnace and got our heat back on quickly. They were responsive, practical, and easy to work with through the whole process. I’m very thankful for their help and would absolutely use them again.

Great fast affordable service.

Came quick and did an excellent job. Would call again 10/10

Great customer service, quality work, and great pricing. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for this type of service.

Was in constant contact prior to our appointment, showed up right on time, and fixed our issue promptly. Very friendly as well. Would highly recommend

The professionals were punctual and precise. They openly explained the work that they would be doing down to the clean up. Everything was completed properly. I highly recommend ZC Willis. Thank you!

Great job. They were willing to come right out, gave a competitive price and completed the work quickly. We will gladly call again!

This company is amazing! Fast professional and clean . They responded to my need the same day and were able to replace my furnace and AC the next day !

They helped my family within a few hours on a cold, cold day! They were very professional, courteous, and provided lots of explanations! They were also extremely reasonable on their price! I would recommend them to everyone!

Very quick and affordable. I would highly recommend ZC Willis. My electric bill declined 25% after they installed my highly efficient new unit.

I had my furnace and AC replaced. I received an estimate and had everything installed and am still waiting for call backs from the other companies. Everything was completed in about 3 hours. Great service for a great price.

Zack and his guys replaced my heat pump and air handler within days of the old unit being found to be bad. Great people, great job, quality work. Highly recommend giving him your business.

This experience was top notch from start (on time) to finish (a fixed AC & cool home in mid July). Service and repair in less than 24 hours!

ZC Willis gained a customer and a fan for LIFE today. Super quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. Cannot recommend them highly enough. For any cooling or heating issues, do not hesitate to call them first.

Great Company! Great prices! Great people! I have nothing but good things to say about this company. If you need any HVAC work I would highly recommend using ZC Willis Heating and Cooling!

Get this guy some more reviews! Talk about a nice surprise, I found and contacted Zach (K) on a new furnace and a.c Tuesday. By the time the other guys finished their sales pitch and write ups, ZC was already done with the installation at up to half the cost of the big names. If you are looking for a non b.s alternative to the Car Salesmen of the HVAC, give ZC your business.

I contacted 5 hvac companies to get a new furnace, ac and duct work. These guys had the work completed before the other bozos even provided a bid. Every employee that worked on our install was professional, polite, consciousness and friendly. These guys are fantastic, the best in the business.

That’s funny. You knew exactly who it was when I posted the original review because you called, texted and harassed for it to be taken down. Yet your phone didn’t work to respond when our new install wouldn’t come on and it was 90 degrees outside. I get it, you’re a small business and you don’t want your reputation ruined. But how about being a decent person and follow through for the customers that pay a lot of money to you. If you call or text again, I will be happy to write more extensively about the problems we had with our new install and how another company had to come fix it.
