Get this guy some more reviews! Talk about a nice surprise, I found and contacted Zach (K) on a new furnace and a.c Tuesday. By the time the other guys finished their sales pitch and write ups, ZC was already done with the installation at up to half the cost of the big names. If you are looking for a non b.s alternative to the Car Salesmen of the HVAC, give ZC your business.

I contacted 5 hvac companies to get a new furnace, ac and duct work. These guys had the work completed before the other bozos even provided a bid. Every employee that worked on our install was professional, polite, consciousness and friendly. These guys are fantastic, the best in the business.

That’s funny. You knew exactly who it was when I posted the original review because you called, texted and harassed for it to be taken down. Yet your phone didn’t work to respond when our new install wouldn’t come on and it was 90 degrees outside. I get it, you’re a small business and you don’t want your reputation ruined. But how about being a decent person and follow through for the customers that pay a lot of money to you. If you call or text again, I will be happy to write more extensively about the problems we had with our new install and how another company had to come fix it.

Zachary has done both heating and cooling work on our house - fully replaced our furnace and did some air conditioning repairs. His communication and responsiveness is fantastic, and he has done great work for us at a very reasonable price. I would strongly recommend him.

Finishing the basement of my townhome and needed an HVAC company that was reliable and fit my budget. Zach and his crew came by 24 hours after me reaching out. They were extremely knowledgeable on the local building codes and what needed to be installed. About an hour later, I had all new vents installed in my basement rooms, hallway, and bathroom. Everything was installed cleanly which made drywall work a breeze! Fantastic work and the price couldn’t be beat by anyone in the area. Super happy I chose to go with them and would recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs. I’ll be calling them every year for preventative maintenance moving forward. Zach was extremely prompt and professional. He got me a quote very quick, and was quick to get in and get out during the installation.

The second time we used them was when I punctured my line set during the installation of my back patio. He was at my house within a couple hours and got my air back up and running.

With an older house, surprises are almost always part of the process, and while we did hit a few bumps along the way, the team truly came through and made sure everything was handled the right way. What mattered most to me was how the company responded, and they went above and beyond to make things right. Zach, in particular, really showed that he cares about his customers. Zach and his crew were wonderful to work with and we highly recommend them! Our AC died on July 3rd so it was a very hot weekend, but Zach came out early Monday morning to get us an estimate and installation was finished less than 24 hours later. I gave them a call, they listened to my problems, came out later that same day, diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary part, and got my furnace up and running. They were great about communicating through text and kept me updated on everything.

My heat exchanger went on an old carrier furnace in the late evening, Zach and his crew came out next morning to replace it. They did an excellent job. Highly recommend!

ZC Willis is terrific! They use quality products and provide excellent service. We've used Zach when we needed to replace our HVAC system. Zach was there for us when we had an emergency need to replace our hot water heater. Zach and his team are great!!
