I have used Sunbright to clean our windows for many years, but this year they must have sent a different crew. They overturned a large, antique doll house instead of moving it out of the way, or even asking for help, then left an unbelievable mess with broken pieces everywhere. I called them numerous times, not to ask for a refund or credit, but simply to talk with them about the issue and there was no return call. Sadly, I will never use them again.

SUNBRIGHT WINDOWS has been servicing my neighborhood for years for window cleaning and related services such as power washing vinyl siding and decks. Because I've seen them in my neighborhood many times and not heard bad remarks on their services from any of my neighbors, I decided to use them for washing our windows and power washing the vinyl siding on my house. The window washing was OK, but the power washing of our vinyl siding was horrible and left a mess that I now have to pay another company to clean, after 6 weeks during which time my wife and I have left countless voice- and e-mails for SUNBRIGHT but received no response whatsoever. I paid good money for those services, and good work is what I expected to receive. That was NOT the case at all, and although my actual windows were cleaned well, I ended up with a big mess at my house caused by the very shoddy power washing job done by SUNBRIGHT WINDOWS which left large soap spots all over my deck, furniture, and the the vinyl siding of my home.
I paid for a two day project, where two guys came over to do the power washing and 2 guys, including the owner, did the window cleaning. As aforementioned, the actual window washing job was fine, but the power washing was horrible.
