I had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service when I called. The woman who answered the phone was unprofessional, and the overall interaction left a very negative impression.
I typically prefer to support small businesses, and I initially reached out with that intention. However, due to the poor service, I chose to go with Johnson’s Heating and Cooling instead.
Based on this experience, I would recommend considering other companies.

Dakota was professional, fast and thorough, came out on the same day and fixed everything. I will never use another company other than them, ever again.
