Tree reviews in Mt Pleasant, Pennsylvania

Rich and his 2-man crew did an excellent job. We are talking 9 Huge Pin Oaks 70-90’ high and very dense branches- 4 days work. Rich’s estimate was very reasonable and he started when promised. His cleanup was tops and the grounds show as if nothing was done. I would recommend Rich to anyone.

Highly recommend The Tree Boss! Richard was so easy to work with - he was very professional and communicative. They worked our small job in between other jobs so it was done 2 days after I first called! If we need any other trees down I will be calling him again.

First I want to thanks Rich and his crew for the excellent job they did cutting down the trees and stumping them out. Rich and his crew work together from start to finish. I couldn’t be more pleased from the free estimate to the perfect clean up. A++++

Rich from Tree Boss responded timely to assess and resolve issues with a mature tree spreading its branches onto a neighbor’s roof and becoming a nuisance for street parking. Rich was personable, crew was efficient and professional, and cost was reasonable. Highly recommended.

Richard & his team did an awesome job! They were prompt, courteous, & took pride in their work. He provided me with a written estimate and followed up via phone calls & texts to keep me informed. One of his main objectives was to ensure I was satisfied with the work. I am a very satisfied customer & highly recommend The Tree Boss!

The Tree Boss Richard Lilley and his crew work safely and in sync with each other. They did a big job for us and when they left there was not even a stray twig left in the yard. Our overall rating for them is "tree-mendous"!

Amazing experience from quote to cleanup. True professionals with a safety first mentality. Quality equipment with efficient execution. Our tree had several challenges which required precise cuts and drops. The cleanup was excellent. Highly recommended. Will definitely hire Rich and the team for my next job.

This was one of the worst trees that we have ever had ,very tall in-between 2 fences and power lines on 2 sides. We called 8 different tree cutters no one wanted to touch it. Tree boss was here The next morning because it was going to fall over and crush or new privacy fence. That was just finished the day before and they professionally dropped it in the same place and caused no damage to anything. It was amazing how great they did to get this down in such a tight place. I highly recommend tree boss to anybody. Trees like this aren't cheap to take down and then if you try to do it yourself more likely you'll get killed. I will use them again if we ever have another tree situation like this

I highly recommend Rich n his crew from Tree Boss. Rich was readily available quick to respond to all my calls questions n requests. They did an excellent job on the tree removal in my yard! Thanks guys for doing an excellent job!

I would recommend this service to anybody. I spoke to Rich in passing one day and told him that I needed some tree trimming done that was between my house and my neighbor’s house and causing some problems with the wind blowing the branches into the houses. I knew the man was busy because I was talking to him while he was actually doing another job.. It was late in the season and the weather wasn’t good but later in the day, Rich called me back said he’d have his crew right out that evening to take care of the problem. I was surprised because more and more customer service isn’t usually as dependable as it used to be. But this company is a throwback to the days when people did what they said they were gonna do did it in a timely fashion did it for a fair price and we’re friendly and nice to be around while they did it.

The Tree Boss’ crew demonstrated excellent teamwork removing my trees using intelligent skills and technique. Real professionals. The work was proficient yet fast with all the right tools and truly hard work. Like watching a well oiled machine in action who’s done this a million times they were so good. When the work was complete they cleaned up the mess so well there was not one spec of dabris left in my yard. Perfection! The cost was reasonable and better than other companies I priced. During the job the owner talked with us and was super friendly going over all the details and making sure we were 100% satisfied with the work. He was highly motivated to make sure every detail was to our satisfaction. This man cares about his customer. Hire the Tree boss if you want the best. Highly Recommended!

The Tree Boss was great to work with. Rich Lilley responded very quickly and did the job in a timely manner. Rich trimmed a tree and took out a tree for us last year. He and his crew did such a great job that we contacted them again this year to trim three trees and take out some shrubbery. Rich and his crew are very professional and considerate of your property. I would recommend him to everyone.. Thank you Rich.

We were completely satisfied with Richard and the crew. We have used them three times for different projects and have always been happy with the finished job. They are professional, conscientious, courteous and great to deal with. Should I need any more tree services, I won’t hesitate to use them again.

Quality service by an excellent company at a reasonable price. Highly knowledgeable business owner who ensures a great job is done whether it’s cutting down the tree or trimming. when the work is done they do a great job of cleaning up as well. I’ve had this company do several jobs for me. I appreciate the great work Rich, you and your guys are great thank you.

Rich and his team did a phenomenal job dropping a very large silver maple that overhung a shed of mine. Rich and his team were very professional and efficient at dropping the tree with no damage to property or buildings. 10/10 would recommend for competitive pricing and professionalism!

Tree Boss did excellent work! His crew worked safely and did an excellent job. They left the area Cleaner than when they started. They removed 2 trees from our property including one Silver maple over 60 feet tall.

Outstanding Tree Removal Service!

Richard and his crew did an excellent job removing a large maple tree and grinding the stump. The entire process was fast, professional, and handled safely with top-notch equipment. Their pricing was the best out of all the quotes I received, and they left the yard spotless when finished.

Fully insured, efficient, and courteous — you can’t ask for more. If you need any tree work done, call The Tree BOSS. I promise you won’t find a better deal or better service anywhere. Thank you, Richard and team!

The Tree Boss did an amazing job. Very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent communication, returned calls quickly. Arrived on time and got right to work. Left the wood per my request for the wood burner. Fantastic clean up. The entire crew was awesome. Reasonable price. I definitely recommend The Tree Boss!!!

Honestly, we can’t say enough positive things about The Tree Boss. They were prompt and responsive. The entire crew worked diligently and were like a well-oiled machine. The clean up was amazing. No more picking up pine cones for us, and we no longer have to worry about a storm bringing these monsters down on our shed, pool, or deck!! The price was very reasonable!! If you need trees down, The Tree Boss is your man!! Thank you for the excellent job and peace of mind!!

Highly recommend! They did an amazing job! Gave an estimate on the day I called and were able to start the next week on a very large project of cutting down and topping many trees along my property. Many of which were in danger of falling due to the high winds in my area. They were all professional, personable and hard working! All for a great price!

Richard and his crew were awesome! The price was excellent given how challenging the work was. More importantly, the guys including Richard are of high character. My wife was happy with how professional and knowledgeable Richard was. The time they took to complete the job exceeded my expectations. They did an excellent job with cleanup. When I need trees down in the future I know who I'm going to call. He should be your first and will be the last call you'll need to make. Thanks again!
