They literally saved our lives. Friday afternoon after New Years with hardly anyone working they came out and replaced our panel immediately as we had 5 melted breakers. He stayed till late to finish so we could have power. The office and the tech both made it happen for us. So highly recommend. A very reasonable price and the best customer service I’ve ever had.

Pat was dispatched to assist with my power outage, the breakers were acting weird and he was able to get my issue resolved. The next day when I was using my portable heater my light flickered so I called them back and they dispatched Dylan who came out and checked everything and explained how everything works and what the issue could’ve been. They were both well knowledgeable and super nice going above and beyond to ensure my family had power and that I was informed during the process. Will use them again for sure!

I had an issue with a circuit breaker for my dryer overheating and tripping. After calling another local company that continually rescheduled me for a week, I called Mister Sparky who prioritized it as a critical call for the fire hazard that it was, and came out the same day. Dylan was the technician and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem quickly providing us peace of mind. Will absolutely call Mister Sparky again when I need help in the future.

Nathan was the technician on the job I had done. Professionally done to match the price. To have something done correctly, you pay a price or run the risk of having it done incorrectly. Other jobs were discussed and estimates can be higher than average. Bottom line, they know their trade well in my experience and the price was fair enough for the job. What the customer needs done and what they're willing to pay is up to customer.

I called mister sparky in the morning about our dryer not working believing it was an electrical issue after attempting other repairs / replacements we could do ourselves. They had an electrician out to me just a few short hours later and fixed the issue super fast! The electricians were in and out, very professional and knowledgable. We just purchased our first home and having them come out and fix the issue as well as do a courtesy check of all of our outlets and other appliances gives us peace of mind that everything is working perfectly! Their pricing is straight forward and up front, they were very affordable! I would recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician, and we will definitely be repeat customers in the future for any of our future electrical needs! Thank you mister sparky! Hands down professional electrician service. Highly recommend. Heres the process for my experience. Nathan did the initial visit. He was very thorough and listened to all our rewiring needs. He provided the estimate at the same visit. For any electrician services be ready to pay for good service. It was easonable for us. They have finance options which we used. Nathan and Patrick then did the services. It was nice to have the continuity with Nathan doing the services because he took notes and we did a quick run down again of the services needed. It took 2 days. While at the house, Nathan always checked and asked questions throughout the time here. I neve felt uncomfortable to ask questions. The communication and that Nathan was very personable, was a big positive in my experience. Also wanted to mention Kim at the office was also so kind, communicative and helpful. Will definitely use their services again!

We are very pleased with the work done at our home by this company! We had a serious situation that was handled promptly and very professionally. Dylan and his assistant were very knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond to get our situation handled so we could leave for a trip that we had to go on.
