Jose cut down 3 big house killer black cherry trees for me and if you don't care for specifics, and the question on your mind is - would I hire him back? The answer is absolutely yes I would.

Jose Is a good guy and his business is a legit family business that puts food on his table as his wife is on his team. He has the equipment, he has the knowledge, he has rhe communication, and he has a great customer focused attitude. I wish him nothing but success and in the future I will absolutely recommend him to anyone i know that's looking to have trees taken down or dealt with in general.

We recently had JP Tree Care do work at three of our rental properties and also our personal residence. Jose and his team did a great job from start to finish!
The initial evaluations were very thorough and professional, giving
us well detailed quotes and several options to choose from.
The work was well coordinated with all involved, completed on time, and each jobsite left in very good condition. Beyond the work that was needed, Jose also took additional time to explain ways that we could better care for other tree's and shrubs on our property! We'll definitely be using them again for our future needs!

Jose’s professionalism begins with the estimate. He is so thorough and listens to every concern you may have about your trees. It is during this interaction that you become aware of how knowledgeable he really is. The professionalism carries on into the work he does on the day(s) your project is scheduled. He lets you know he’s on his way. He says hello when he arrives and asks if anything has changed since you last spoke. He texts you throughout the day and asks if you’d like to come out and see the progress and offer feedback. He doesn’t run the chipper all day — only after he has accumulated a large amount to process. Finally, he leaves your lawn looking like nothing happened after rakes and leaf-blowers are used. José is a true arborist and it shows; he loves his work! I won’t trust anyone else with the trees I care so much about.

JP responded immediately to my request for help and then was patient with scheduling issues due to a power company delay. The work involved removal of a small tree that was tangling with electric wires and interfering with roof replacement, cutting down a large evergreen that was showing signs of disease, and the elimination of a clutch of sumac trees that kept growing like weeds every time I cut them down myself. The work was completed in one day with a large crew, professional and thorough, except for the stump grinding a few days later that I highly recommend for a much cleaner look. I also got a treatment plan for another tree that I wanted to nurture and keep. The final cost was quite reasonable, given all the work that I had done. Jose handled this job expertly from start to finish; I was totally impressed.

He was great and really took his time. He was thorough and gave me an honest evaluation of the health of my tree and didn’t pressure me at all. Would definitely have him give me a consultation again!

I have a larger silver maple that was beginning to tower over and crowd both my home and our neighbor’s home. The tree had been professionally pruned by an established tree service years ago, but the experience and results were extremely disappointing and so I was on the hunt for an Arborist that I could trust. I was given a referral for JP Tree Care and JP Tree Care definitely earned this 5-star review!

I was impressed from the start, with the ease of having an estimate appointment set up. My call was returned promptly. During the estimate, JP was knowledgeable, professional, positive and interested in hearing my thoughts, concerns and goals for the tree. He allowed for an easy conversation and the time needed to both share and clearly relay what his approach would be. When the estimate appointment ended, I knew that our tree and our property would be in competent, experienced hands.
JP was flexible and adaptive – he was punctual and efficient. He and his crew did an amazing job. Truly. He protected our yard and neighbor’s yard using yard mats for his truck and they got to work. The tree looks healthy again!
