I spoke to someone on the Phone named Robin apparently she was working at home and lost her common sense maybe she just sits at home getting stoned while she works. I was at it today and yesterday just trying to get one simple question answered. Instead of her just giving me the information I need. She’s telling me everything else but the answer to my question claiming she didn’t see anything in her computer about the payment plan I’m on but when I called today she was able to magically find it and give me the date the payment is due. Literally argued with her yesterday because she’s acting like she can’t figure it out when today she was able to give me the answer no problem. Completely unacceptable it’s like pulling teeth just trying to get an answer. I just don’t understand why that was so complicated. I felt like I was talking to a child. Wow never again

After my tenants contacted multiple companies, I called Jim late in the evening and the next morning his team contacted my tenants, came over, and answered all their questions and set up a plan. My tenants just texted me, "He also seems more knowledgeable than whoever did the work next door. Did not recommend a heat treatment since what we have is just the beginning of a push of bed bugs and not a full on infestation." Thank you for peace of mind! Especially during this pandemic!

Stay away from this company. We signed up for a quarterly plan that provided rodent and insect control. Their rep came to the house outside of the appointment window, placed one bait station and left. No internal work done as the guy didn't show up in the time window we set. We had some field mice running around the exterior foundation of the house and they are laughing at the bait station. Ineffective. Their phone number on their invoice rings to nowhere and we can't get a live person on the phone. They also surprised us with charges we didn't agree to. We were trying to be a brand new customer but are now in the process of canceling this company.....if we can reach anybody! Terrible waste of consumer time.

Get sprayed for mosquitoes and ticks from Moyer, they came out this past week and left my gate wide open, which allowed my dog to escape from my back yard. Luckily my dog was found and returned safely, but only after he crossed a major road and was almost hit by a car. I called the company to discuss how my gate was left wide open by their tech and was told I would get a call back from a manager within an hour, 48 hours later, no response

Very unprofessional and they are very dishonest. Do not trust this place. There are like 5 other pest control places you can use. They've lied to me multiple times and are not good people. They also think they're better than regular people, I know this because of a conversation I've had where they've told me they do not believe people can change if they've ever made a mistake in their lives no matter how long ago. They also say they'll call or be in contact and dont then ignore emails, etc. so dont waste your time trying to contact places that do not care about people. Not a friendly place, they have bad manners and I'm actually disgusted by how they are towards people. I hope they go out of business fire whoever's in charge. Wish I knew what I know now before.

My wife and I have recently moved into a historic site in Chester county. We are responsible for the management of the property and protecting the artifacts. We could not count on the previous extermination contractor evidenced by they're obvious lack of engagement witnessed throughout the property. Moyer team did a thorough assessment, and an even better job of placement of traps and bait stations. Special recognition of our tech Torben Djerf, very engaging and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure escorting him through the house and sharing the history. Critter activity has definitely decreased, and looking forward to his continued service.

My call for estimate was returned in hours accompanied by a visit within a few hours. Price was agreed upon; calls were made to keep me informed (access, power lines--all needed to be considered). Men arrived within the agreed-upon time-line and the 100+ year old ash tree is no more. A++ to all. Thank you MG trees.

They do great work. I had Mike's crew take down several large trees this past month, just after we moved in. They ground up all those stumps as well as at least ten large stumps left by the previous owner.

I have had two huge trees fall on my property in the last two years and both times, Mike Gillan and his crew have created order out of chaos, this past time with a crane lifting the tree piece by piece over my house because my yard could not be accessed. The coordination and execution of this task was nothing short of miraculous. Highly,, highly recommended.

Front desk and Joe the estimator/manager are professionals and easy to work with. Same with the workers. I’ve used them three times on big jobs. As a bonus, they are able to take one side of a fence that holds a gate to the backyard without hassle and ridiculous added cost.

I needed tree branches trimmed growing into my and my neighbors windows. Very reasonable, very respectful and they stayed outside with me to make sure the tree branches were cut to my satisfaction. Very quick response to my request. I highly recommend M & G. Thank you

Do not use this company. While grinding a stump in my neighbor's yard I noticed that the mesh barrier was about 4' high but only on 3 sides. The side bordering my yard had a board about 2' high. The board was not high enough & large wood chips were flying into my yard. I asked the crew to put up the mesh on my side too. They refused. I called the company to explain I was worried about possible damage to my mower if it went over the big wood chips. They blew me off too. These chips were about 5" x 3" and would have damaged my mower for sure.

Great work all around - from the initial estimate to end result. Work was done exactly as expected with no surprises. (Had 3 large oak trees trimmed/pruned and all deadwood removed) Friendly crew, excellent post-work cleanup. Would definitely use them again as well as recommend MG Tree to others!
