I've been a loyal customer to a certain heater repair company for a few years now, relying on them for my heater replacement and HVAC issues. Their team, from the administrative end (Harrison) to the technicians (Earl, Avery), has always been extremely responsive. They are always ready to explain the issues, possible solutions, and the costs associated with each option. I've also signed up for their yearly maintenance contract. Under this, a technician comes in twice a year to conduct preventive checks and replace filters, among other things. Overall, I'm quite pleased with their service - they truly deserve 5 stars. However, I'm awarding them 4 stars as I have a slight suspicion that their rates are a tad higher than average.

earl and his partner did a great job cleaning my hvac ducts, including the dryer vent, at my home in newtown square. some people told me not to bother, saying duct cleaning doesn't help or it could harm the system, but i could tell the difference right away. the air smelled fresher even before they used any deodorizer or antifungal. my vent covers are clean and look bright now. they even put my flow diverters back to keep my plants safe. after they finished, the place was tidy and i didn't have to clean up anything. as an older single woman, i liked their neat appearance, and that they spoke clearly to each other and took time to explain what they were doing. it's nice to feel respected, since some service folks ignore seniors like me. i'm glad i called comfort zone heating & air conditioning.

Phoned several heater repair services for a furnace installation. Every place I rang up was booked solid for a week. One company, however, promised to do it in 2 days. However, they rang me up the next day to push the date by another 2 days. Although I wasn't thrilled about it, I had no choice but to agree. Luckily, there were no more date changes. come Thursday, landon and avery were on my doorstep ready to install the furnace. These guys did a stellar job. The furnace is top notch and my home is now warm and snug. I would give the company a solid 4 stars though, for the initial date reschedule. I get that they're swamped with orders, but that doesn't make it any less inconvenient. I appreciate their heads up about the rescheduled installation date though.

He did a standout job in cleaning and putting back together the system, gave us some useful tips on running our heat pumps efficiently, and resolved two more minor maintenance issues with our heat pumps. Our heat pumps have been fantastic to date, providing heat in winter and cool air in summer! The option to control it through an app from anywhere is unbeatable, along with Alexa control. The installation went off without a hitch and was completed before the scheduled time. Our heat pump system has been working like a charm since the installation, thanks in large part to the expertise of the heater repair service. As anticipated, there were minor issues that came up over the past year (none of which affected the main purpose of the heat pumps). The staff at the heater repair service, especially Earl, were incredibly quick to respond to our service requests, promptly sending service staff to address all the issues we found at no cost under warranty. The former ducting was leaky and drawing in moist, foul-smelling air from the basement into our living space. earl took into account my worries, changed all the ducting, and ensured the entire system was properly sealed. Our furnace broke down this summer. earl was there and had it up and running in an hour or so, working beyond his regular hours to ensure we had heat in the midst of a sweltering heatwave. Yet again, it was an outstanding experience and I will always endorse them for furnace repair.

Landon has helped me with my furnace twice now. The first time, the gas valve was stuck. I had called a few other companies, but they all wanted to schedule a diagnostic appointment (with extra charges) before even looking at the valve. One company quoted me about $400. Landon came by quickly and repaired it in no time for much less than half that price. The second time, it was right before a long winter weekend in Newtown Square with freezing nights. Even though it was late on a Friday, Landon helped me figure out the problem and then came back the next day to fix it. Thanks to him, our heating was working perfectly for the holidays.
