Cameron J. was my electrician the last two jobs I had at a property I got for my Mom and sister. His personality and customer service skills is what sets him apart. He is willing to put in the extra work to figure out the root cause of the problem instead of doing the easier, more expensive fix. I would recommend him 10 out of 10, and the next time I have an electrical issue I’ll be sure to request him again.

Cameron and Matt were fantastic and they know exactly what there doing . You’re very lucky to have them working for you . There very friendly and down to earth and very knowledgeable. I had big issues with the guy that was working on my hot tub prior, and Cameron and Matt came to my home exactly on time and fixed everything that the previous guy had screwed up . I can’t say enough great things about Cameron and Matt . Im 1000 % satisfied with all the work they done for me . I’m so glad I picked up the phone and called your company . Thank you very much 😀

I really don't understand all of the 5 star reviews. I got the most RIDICULOUS quote and felt scammed even though I did not use their services. It was eerily similar to another company that had all fake reviews and tried to hose me - both required visitation fees that would be put toward the service if you chose to use them. And both tried to sell additional items/services that you didn't need and exhorbatant quotes for the simple thing(s) you do need. Would never recommend. I literally did the main ask which was to replace two outdoor light fixtures - I had the fixtures and materials and did it in less than 30 minutes with a family member. They wanted to charge me $1079 for that and to diagnose a bathroom fan that no longer worked (mind you - NOT replace it, just diagnose it). My assessment without their "diagnosis" - it needs to be replaced and that didn't cost me anything. To top it off I was presented with options to replace my electrical panel (which is older, but in good shape) also for ridiculous estimates. Stay away and use small, local/family electricians.

Jasin was absolutely awesome helping us in a pinch! He was able to walk me through the trouble shooting process and was quick and efficient with the repairs needed. He also gave me great feedback on things he would recommend changing for in the future. Definitely would recommend Jasin and the team here for any electrical work needed!

Jason was very professional and explained everything that I needed to know and what I was signing. I had my hard wired smoke detector replaced and feel confident that it was done correctly. Will definitely use Thomas Edison again for any future electrical needs I may have.

I was very pleased with Thomas Edison Electric. Communication was great throughout and they were able to schedule electricians to come soon and at my convenience. Jim and Jason were tidy, courteous, and cautious, explaining everything they were doing, and best of all didn't overcharge for what turned out to be a simple job with an old exterior outlet. I'm happy to recommend their service.

My experience today with Thomas Edison electric was extremely pleasant and was done professionally. The gentleman that came out named Hector answered all of my questions and explained things as he went along. My problem was taken care of in a timely manner. From the moment we scheduled the appointment, the service was professional and thorough. Our technician, Michael V., arrived right on time at 9:00 AM and stayed until the job was completely finished — no shortcuts, no rushing. He was knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything clearly as he worked.

Michael not only diagnosed and fixed the wiring issue but also recommended and installed a whole-home surge protector at our fuse box, giving us an extra layer of security. He also informed us about available rebates and explained the insurance coverage that comes with the surge protection in case of unexpected events like lightning strikes or electrical fires.

I called Thomas Edison on 3/8 after an electrical situation involving some light fixtures with water damage. For my handyman, it was a shocking experience. Don't worry, he's ok. Thomas Edison answered my early morning call and were able to set up a next day appointment for me. The people I spoke to on the phone were very nice and stayed in touch when there was a possibility of moving my appointment up and then later let me know when it was not possible so I wasn't just sitting around waiting.

On the day of my appointment, Frank showed up on time and had a wonderful personality that made me feel completely at ease. He checked what was needed and ran to get the parts and came right back and was done within a short period of time. This company has a winning team and are communicative and have excellent customer service. I'd use them again and again! And my handyman can now relax. 😁👏🏾❤

Called to have some outlets put in, turned into a much bigger job replacing both of our panels. Our electrician Eli made the entire experience a joy. He was extremely knowledgeable and adaptive to our needs, but the highlight was how friendly he was. It felt like a neighbor coming by. He was positive, engaging, and so nice to our pets. Clearly an animal lover. He was eager to speak with us about our options, clearly explained all the work before doing it, and he completed the job within 2 days. He made sure we had power at the end of the day. We look forward to having him back in our home, wouldn't want anyone else. The company followed up with us after each visit, and overall it was a fantastic experience.

I had a light switch start smoking on friday night. I turned breaker off and called thomas Edison. They had electrician Tyler here Saturday early morning. Very nice guy. Fixed my problem quickly. I thought emergency fee was acceptable and I would recommend if you need it fixed fast. I have a few other things I am going to have them do in near future..

Prompt and professional service from Thomas Edison Electric! Called them about installation of a nema 14-50 receptacle for our ev charger. Jason came out the next day and I could not have been more pleased with his service. He was very detail oriented in explaining his quotation and the scope of the work that would be required. He was also completely transparent throughout the process. Watching him work I could tell that he took pride in his job and wanted to satisfy me as the customer. Customer service was also excellent as I had a question that Jason's supervisor was able to address to my satisfaction. During the entire process, there was a lot of communication. The final installation was very clean and professional. For any further electrical needs in the future, I plan to call them first.
