Our service technician was Tyler Smith. I must say that Tyler was very professional and cordial! He was sure to place covering over our carpet to make sure nothing was tracked in from the outside. He did a very good job and needs to be recognized as such!

Bath fitters have been amazing from the get go ;) the sales person - the install ;) and they recently came back to fix a few minor things and were absolutely wonderful ;) Joe was here today to remove some water from under one of the tubs (something that happens once in awhile and no biggie) anyway he came in with a smile and explained everything to us ;) did just what he said and we are back in business ;) professional and so kind ;) bath fitters is a great stand up company (no hidden bologna as other companies do ;( - they say lifetime warranty and you get it) so so nice to have that comfort ;) I want to mention too that the office staff are all lovely as well ;) overall I give this company and their delightful employees an A Plus Plus and am so happy we came upon them ;) thank you all at bath fitters and may you All be blest! Very happy with our installation with bath fitter, Sean was great and went through every options for our home. Installation tech was again prompt , and explained every step of the process. I will definitely recommend bath fitters for someone considering having their bathroom remodeled without having it gutted.

Exceptional service from the sales rep Laura, to the installer Tom Byrne. Tom is an experienced installer. Works clean and is very considerate. He explained everything along the way too.

Chris Simmons was very efficient and knowledgeable regarding re-siliconing my tub/shower, shower stall and replacing my on/off knob and faucet. I am confident that his work will last a very long time.

My faucet seized up. I called Bath Fitter to make Arrangements to have it fixed. I had an appointment for next week. I got a phone call shortly after I made the appointment from Scott Who was the head of the repair division. He told me there was a technician very close to me today if he could come and fix it Joe was the technician who came to fix it. He was here maybe half an hour and it was fixed. Job well done Bath Fitter!

Bathfitter came out to replace my caulk and remove mold. Joe the technician was early and was finished in record time. Very friendly and personable gentleman. Bathfitter has always provided great customer service!!

Christopher S. very punctual. He was so efficient...made sure that every piece of the equipment installed was working efficiently before leaving. That's when found that shower head was leaking. He cleaned up the area he worked in, making sure there was no evidence of job. Awesome job!!!

Joseph came in diagnosing our situation promptly. We had three issues. Joseph was very clear in explaining them and got right to work. The first issue was resolved quickly. The second issue was challenging but Joseph worked on it diligently and fix it as much as possible. Then he quickly applied the caulking. I was very pleased with Joseph’s willingness to try to resolve the more difficult issue and explained that it would take another visit. In the meantime we can use the shower once the caulk sets. I’d give Joseph a 10/10.

Bathfitters has been really great to work with, they jump right on requests and the maintenance is wonderful. Chris Simmons was our Tech this time around and he did a stellar job. There is no cost as our install included a lifetime warranty.

My techs name is Joe I was scheduled for service between 12:30 and 2:30 he came at 1:30. Explained everything he was going to do he did them job efficiently replaced the cartridge in the faucet and reinstalled the soap dish I was absolutely satisfied with this if I have any future issues I would like him to do the work highly recommend.

I recently had a bathtub installed by Bath Fitter, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the process was seamless, professional, and exceeded my expectations.

Initial Consultation and Sales Process
I especially want to commend the sales representative, Mike. Mike was fantastic! He arrived on time for our initial consultation and was extremely knowledgeable about the products and the installation process. He took the time to patiently walk me through all the available options, explaining the pros and cons of each and helping me select the best fit for my needs and budget.

Unlike some other companies I received quotes from, Mike was not high-pressure. He was respectful, transparent about pricing, and genuinely seemed invested in ensuring I was happy with the decision. He provided a clear, detailed quote and answered all of our follow-up questions promptly. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the sales process comfortable and informative.
Installation and Follow-Up

The installation team was also top-notch—they were quick, clean, and incredibly respectful of my home. The new shower looks absolutely stunning and feels incredibly solid and well-built. It is easy to clean and the lifetime warranty is a bonus. I know that if I ever have any issues I can call them and schedule an appointment.

If you are considering Bath Fitter, I highly recommend asking for Mike as your sales representative. He is a credit to the company, and his excellent service set the stage for a wonderful convenient renovation experience!

Michael did a great job on our Bath Fitter unit. He replaced the water cartridge, shower head, caulked the entire tub unit and cleaned the caulk on the floor. He was very thorough in his work. We really appreciate his nice work. He explained all of the work that was completed. Nice job!

Christopher Simmons came out to my house and he was such a pleasant technician and very professional. He replaced my handheld shower handle and was just very pleasant. He’s a keeper. Thank you!!

Christopher Simmons is the BEST!!!!
He is the only Services Technician from Bathfitter who was able to solve the problem that I have had with my Shower since it was installed over 2 years ago.
He listened to my concern and understood my frustration. He installed a different style showerhead and changed the water temperature regulator.
My shower this morning was refreshing, invigorating and comfortable; thanks to Christopher Simmons and I couldn't be more pleased and satisfied.
