Bathfitters has been really great to work with, they jump right on requests and the maintenance is wonderful. Chris Simmons was our Tech this time around and he did a stellar job. There is no cost as our install included a lifetime warranty.

My techs name is Joe I was scheduled for service between 12:30 and 2:30 he came at 1:30. Explained everything he was going to do he did them job efficiently replaced the cartridge in the faucet and reinstalled the soap dish I was absolutely satisfied with this if I have any future issues I would like him to do the work highly recommend.

I recently had a bathtub installed by Bath Fitter, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the process was seamless, professional, and exceeded my expectations.

Initial Consultation and Sales Process
I especially want to commend the sales representative, Mike. Mike was fantastic! He arrived on time for our initial consultation and was extremely knowledgeable about the products and the installation process. He took the time to patiently walk me through all the available options, explaining the pros and cons of each and helping me select the best fit for my needs and budget.

Unlike some other companies I received quotes from, Mike was not high-pressure. He was respectful, transparent about pricing, and genuinely seemed invested in ensuring I was happy with the decision. He provided a clear, detailed quote and answered all of our follow-up questions promptly. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the sales process comfortable and informative.
Installation and Follow-Up

The installation team was also top-notch—they were quick, clean, and incredibly respectful of my home. The new shower looks absolutely stunning and feels incredibly solid and well-built. It is easy to clean and the lifetime warranty is a bonus. I know that if I ever have any issues I can call them and schedule an appointment.

If you are considering Bath Fitter, I highly recommend asking for Mike as your sales representative. He is a credit to the company, and his excellent service set the stage for a wonderful convenient renovation experience!

Michael did a great job on our Bath Fitter unit. He replaced the water cartridge, shower head, caulked the entire tub unit and cleaned the caulk on the floor. He was very thorough in his work. We really appreciate his nice work. He explained all of the work that was completed. Nice job!

Christopher Simmons came out to my house and he was such a pleasant technician and very professional. He replaced my handheld shower handle and was just very pleasant. He’s a keeper. Thank you!!

He is the only Services Technician from Bathfitter who was able to solve the problem that I have had with my Shower since it was installed over 2 years ago.
He listened to my concern and understood my frustration. He installed a different style showerhead and changed the water temperature regulator.

Bath Fitter did a tub to shower conversion for us for for safety as getting into the tub was not safe anymore. They were very professional and clean and did a fantastic job and great customer service. Sean Peterson was very helpful and knowledgeable and we are very happy with everything they did for us. We had Tom Byrne as our installer and did an excellent job! He was very responsive, professional and accommodating to any questions we had throughout the process. This goes for the whole bathfitter team we worked with from the initial estimate, follow-up and installation. Overall great experience!

Joe did an excellent job with our bathroom refit. We know it was not easy because we had a terrorist Iron tub. He was patient and very conscientious of our privacy and our property.

I called to get a consultation to update my bathroom and met with Laura B. She was very knowledgeable and worked with me to accommodate my concerns and budget. She was very nice and we went over all the details and before I knew it a few weeks later Kyle was here and worked all day to give me my dream bathroom. I can’t thank Laura and Kyle enough. They both made the process very easy. It was a great experience.

We had bath fitter complete our bathroom makeover. They did our walls this time with wainscoting. Very well done, Pedro was prompt and explained all that he was doing. Courteous & respectful of our home. Our salesman Sean Peterson showed us different wall coverings to choose from, we matched our tub makeover with the wainscoted walls. Bath fitter is the way to go without breaking the bank with a total gutting of your bathroom. I would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone thinking about a bathroom makeover.

We had a great experience with Bath Fitter and I’m really glad we chose them. Our salesperson, Dan McDonald, was awesome. The price was a little intimidating at first, but he broke everything down clearly — process, warranty, what’s included — and it really eased our minds that we were getting our money’s worth. Communication started strong and stayed that way the whole time.

The measurement team was friendly, quick, and set realistic expectations. They actually overestimated the install timeline, which I appreciated because we were happy to be scheduled a few weeks earlier than expected.

Installation day was the standout. Jon Wesolowski showed up at 7:30am and was completely done, inspected, and cleaned up by 12:30pm. We were expecting a full-day job (maybe even two), so having everything wrapped up before we had to grab the dogs from daycare was amazing. Truly impressive work.

Overall, the whole process was smooth and stress-free, and now we have a beautiful shower to enjoy. Couldn’t be happier!
