Horrible customer service.I agree with Emily.They must still have the same representatives working there 2 years later.

In my opinion verrrry bad payers use sub contractors like slaves then don’t pay them . Stay away from them or work for free basically.

After being contracted to do business with this company I am now owed for services my business I own performed over 2 months ago and still have not been paid for the invoice. DO NOT as a contractor do business with this company you will not be paid!!

Lowest of the low. Offers subcontractor work for so low you can not make any money. Violates IRS tax law in verbiage and documents .

They instruct how, with what, how many, you wearing USM smocks, how many days you need to spend to do the work etc.

They handle ROSS stores and for a 20,000 sq ft strip and wax they pay is $1,500 and you are responsible for purchasing stripper and finish, plus provide your own equipment.

You'll end up spending close to $900 in just materials alone, not counting labor.

To top it all off they also want you to move all the racks, and clean and sanitize the restrooms! Basically janitorial for free!

In most areas they also handle Walgreens, which explains why they are so dirty.

$50-100 buffs at best.

If you're a contractor, ABSOLUTELY avoid this horrible company. They will not pay in a timely manner, they give you the run around, and their customer service is the WORST I've ever experienced. From top to bottom, no one answers or responds to voice mail, emails, or messages left on their desks. You do not want to work for them!!! Be warned, you will be screwed over.

The worst experience, we preformed a job a very simple job no issues with there client it took 3 months to get paid the check was mailed several times but never arrived. Beware if contracting with them

Paychecks were always on time, minus the last two. Two thirds of the employees we dealt with could have had much better attitudes though. Probably the main reason why we will no longer do any business with them

I gave one star because i dont have the option to gave none, really bad company, bad customer services, they take over 40 days to make payment plus they charge for expedite payment plus and extra % of they called volume??!!! They failed under florida Law minimum wages after all deductions made. Theirs other companies paying almost double for the same services . you get so many surprises when you get you pay check after 40 days its just ridiculous.

When you hire people for the front desk to represent your company, they should be polite and well spoken. Not rude and self-centered. This behavior was not only by the front desk but also its manager by the name of Donna. Anyway if the company sets rules and policies in play they should tell there employees of any changes that are made within the company so they don't get blind sided by people that work for the company. Companies should implement there rules but they should educate there employees too. As far as customers service goes they failed tremendously. Therefore I will never deal with there business in the future.

Best place around! Only place that has bulbs to plant in the fall! Employees are super helpful!
