Amazing service & good punctual timing he helped me replace a condenser & air handler.

Called Mr Cools and scheduled service. They never came out that day. The next day I receive a call and they state that they will be out 9am next day. Then, No show again! persists to tell me he will be out by 12pm the 3rd day. Waited all day then tells me he can not come out! AVOID this service company!!!!!

Me and my wife brought a new house mr. cools installed a central air duct work water heater, good price he didn’t give me pressure for the payment he’s really about his work very good communication skills he made me feel safe I highly recommend.

I was having an issue with my HVAC about two weeks ago so this review is long over due. The issue with my HVAC was that my AC was not running at all and my pipes running inside and outside my house were frozen (August 2018). So I searched Craigslist in Philadelphia and found Evhans listed. He came over my house within two hours assessed the situation and got to work. He added a booster to my AC motor and added 2lbs of Freon gas then ran it to see if that would help. He left to do another job for someone else and then came back 3 hours later after I told him the pipes froze up again. He then added another booster and cleaned my HVAC system inside my home and the outside unit as well. That very night and a day later he called me to see how my AC was running- that's what I call customer service! Now two weeks later my AC is running better than ever and I could not be happier. I give him an A+ on customer service and a thumbs up on how efficiently and neatly he completed the service. His prices for all the work were very reasonable too. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.
