this plumbing company in norristown is fantastic to work with. i was helping a friend who was having some money troubles, and she had a shower that was leaking down into her basement. i gave her their number, and she spoke with thomas, who took extra time to explain things over the phone and really made sure she understood everything, even though she didn’t know much about plumbing. then brantley came out to her house for the repair. brantley was great—he explained what he was doing each step of the way, and was very polite and professional. my friend was really thankful for how well they treated her and the excellent job they did fixing the leak. whenever someone asks me for a plumber recommendation in norristown, i always suggest this team!

i've had issues with my main sewer line backing up every few years and needing a good clean out. usually, i call my regular plumber, but this time he was away. i looked online and found a local plumbing company with solid reviews. they answered my call quickly, and malachi and his apprentice came over the same day, just a couple hours after i called. they worked really efficiently—cleared out the whole sewer line and even used a camera to check things out. turns out, instead of tree roots, the problem was a 'belly' in the pipe, which causes stuff to get stuck and build up over time. now that i know what's really going on, i can plan a long-term fix. overall, malachi and his team were fast, tidy, and very friendly. they used modern plumbing tools and explained everything clearly. happy to say i've found a new plumber i can rely on!

Bradley's Plumbing & Water Heaters is a family-owned business that truly cares about their customers. I had a plumbing emergency when my toilet needed replacing right before a holiday weekend. Even though their schedule was packed, they made time for me and sent Seth and his helper out to my house right on time. They finished the toilet replacement quickly, within an hour, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. They were very respectful, listened to my concerns, and gave me a fair price. Their professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out. I highly recommend them for any plumbing work and will definitely call them again when I need help. Five stars!
