Rob caught a small error in the initial contract and corrected it. He also pointed out some areas of concern that should be addressed. We were grateful for his expertise!

Every step of the process was great from sale to install. Installers showed up early and were finished in a couple hours. They left no trace they were here and the work looks great. We will use Thompson Creek in the future

The actual work done was fine, but no two people I dealt with seemed to be on the same page about anything. The first guy promised that what he recommended would suit our needs in dealing with our HOA, but when I asked the second guy who came out to take measurements, he told me he's not sure why those particular items were recommended, since they would in fact NOT suit my needs. What I actually needed would cost a fair amount more. To his credit, he called a manager and they mitigated the increase in price a bit for me, but it was still more than I'd been quoted. Then, the same thing happened with the THIRD guy that came out, driving up the price again. The third guy also basically called the first guy a liar, saying "oh, you know how salesmen are", as if that made it ok. Finally, my card got charged 3 separate times, despite me telling them that I wanted a different card charged, and then them telling me "don't worry, we've removed that card from our file so it won't get charged again." Twice. Then we had several miscommunications about someone supposedly stopping by for a follow up, for which I changed around my entire day so i could be there, and then it never happened.

Again, the work seems good, time will tell I suppose, but I've NEVER been so frustrated with customer service.
