Bad attitude here. Lack of desire to help. Couldn't figure out my toilet parts. Went to competitor and had it figured out instantly

Had trouble finding anyone at Home Depot to help me, after 20 minutes an elderly gentleman from a different department was very helpful, but couldn't locate what I needed, directed me to fergusons , A completely different world, very helpful and saved me $72

I came to Ferguson's for the same reason I've seen others list that going to Lowe's or home Depot there's no help to be found and when it is regrettably they're not knowledgeable of the department they're assisting in.
Ferguson's was great the guy who helped me was quick knew exactly what I was looking for and had me out within 5 minutes of walking in. Cost wise it was about 2 bucks more than ordering and waiting a week through any other companies time was was saved and project completed same day so the 2 bucks well worth it.!!!

Robert repaired my furnace when another HVAC company tried to scare me into a replacement, Mark repaired a leaking gas line in my home, Shawn and Robert triaged a hard sewer block and line repair, and Shawn and Mike repaired the sewer line. Comfy Kozy has been consistently efficient, knowledgeable, compassionate, and trustworthy with clear communication throughout every experience. Can’t recommend Comfy Kozy enough for any and all HVAC/plumbing needs.

Mark Batchen from Comfy Kozy did a furnace inspection for us today. He was so friendly and knowledgeable Answered all our questions, showed us how to change the furnace filters and the one on the dehumidifier. Also explained how and what setting to use on our Nest. We were very happy with the service. We will be calling in the spring to check our air conditioner.

Mark and Robert were great. They took the time to explain every step of the way with my home warranty furnace replacement. They were very personable and professional.

We’ve dealt with a few plumbers in the past, but never anyone as kind and knowledgeable as Robert. He answered every question and concern I had without making me feel bad. Went over potential future issues, and how to avoid. I’d recommend the company to anyone I know that’s needing plumbing assistance in my area.

Bob did a excellent job very neat as it's been with all your personal when working here. He (Bob) check to see what needed done and he gave use a choice of different plans to correct the problem. He was very nice, respectful and had a good sense of humor. Thank again Comfy Kozy Leo

Robert and Mike did a excellent job taking out our old A/C unit and furnace and installing our new furnace and A/C unit. They kept us updated on how everything was going. They work hard on Friday so we would have A/C for the weekend because of the weather forecast of hot temperatures. They returned this morning to hookup the furnace. They are very good at cleaning up after they are done. Infact it is cleaner now than before they started. Thank you Robert and Mike for a job will done. Thanks again Comfy Kozy Leo

The servicemen were very knowledgeable and take the time to answer all questions. Mark and Robert made my family feel very comfortable while installing my new furnace. I would highly recommend this company and ask for for mark or Robert to come to your house.

Central air wasn’t working properly, was running constantly. Had to remove batteries from thermostat for it to turn off. The other issue was when ready to turn on heat had to switch wire around. Technician reprogrammed the thermostat and made sure everything was working properly before leaving Definitely will use again.
