My wife and I were very impressed with the excellent job that Terron Weatherspoon and his associates did for us. Our basement was a mess. They were so very kind, explained everything. All of the wet drywall, ceiling and carpet were removed and they even took the damaged wet materials away so that we didn’t need a dumpster. Plus the whole area was sanitized.We highly recommend SERVPRO.

I am in the middle of a fire restoration process with Servpro. So far, the experience has been great. Everyone is knowledgeable and professional. The quality of work is very good. The Servpro team communicates well with my husband and I, and also with my insurance company. I especially appreciate that there has been no schedule delays. They have been at my home almost every workday and even a Saturday to keep things moving.

Paola V. managed the textile removal and cleaning, and she did an excellent job. I had a wedding shortly after the fire and she made sure my special event clothing was quickly cleaned and returned in perfect condition.

Vinny managed the structure cleaning. Vinny’s work is thorough and he did not miss a single detail. He was always present, answered my questions promptly, and made sure everything was done to my standards. I have a very difficult to clean fragile chandelier in my dining room and he provided 2 dedicated team members to work with me for 3.5 hours to get the job done.

I hope to give another review when this process is100% complete.

Terrone is a true gentleman! He is caring, knowledgeable and very kind. He and Joe are very hard workers and put forth the extra mile to get the job done efficiently and with ease. We couldn’t be more appreciative of everything they have done and are doing to keep us safe during the mold mitigation and repairs. We are so very thankful to have them working on our mold problems!!! They both always come in with a smile and are truly special to us!!!

Darrin was very polite, knowledgeable, and patient with my worries & questions. My only past experience with a situation similar was not a very informed one, I was often left in the dark about next steps and reasonable expectations, though after the cursory meeting with Darrin, I'm looking forward to a much improved experience this time!

Ray was very professional and thoroughly reviewed our problem. He explained Servpro's process and next steps once his evaluation was completed.

I am giving a 5 star review based on Mr. Tucker, since I have not yet usee the company for mitigation or reconstruction. Mr. Tucker was very cool and professional , even with me being upset over several different personal matters. He got me involved in the inspection and answered every question. That is all you can ask on a "first call".

Vinny and John did an excellent job. They followed up on a clean up that was done a few days prior. They went above and beyond to ensure the smell was taken care of. They left air scrubbers and a dryer. They communicated so i had a thorough understanding on what to expect from the work they did. They took pride in the work that they did for Northview Heights High Rise.

This company is absolutely amazing! Darrin and John are efficient hard workers! They are knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend this company! The stress of having so much water damage in our home was eased by these awesome men. The entire crew is spectacular!
We are feeling confident about the construction crew. Eric Richardson is knowledgeable and professional. He is the construction estimator and is so thorough and kind. Tim Skeen is the project manager and after meeting him today, we are excited for them to start. He is also knowledgeable and professional. I can't recommend this team enough!

All the crews that I’ve worked with from Servpro have been extremely knowledgeable, efficient and very respectful of my property and the situation. John went above and beyond with a few things he did around the space that was affected by the water.

Recently had interior water damage due to a leak from a storm. John White and Billy Swank did the water remediation. They were prompt, on time and have the best customer service skills and they are EXTREMELY professional! Highly recommended them as a crew and they deserve a raise! Hard workers make the company! Keep these two AT ALL COST!!

Darren’s team of John , Bob, and Darnell did an excellent job of cleaning up the results of a burst pipe. They were all very professional, friendly with clear communication about what was being done and what was completed. They worked long hours and didn’t leave each day until everything was complete. I cannot praise them enough for their excellence!

Terron was super professional, efficient, and took the time to talk to us about the process and answer all of our questions. For a very stressful situation, he helped us feel comfortable and more optimistic going forward.

On the night of our fire, Parker introduced himself representing ServPro and put our worries to ease. Then Emily came the next day and scheduled the clean up crew for the following day!! Unbelievable in how fast they act to elevate your worries and begin the process of restoring/cleaning your home. Darren was the crew manager and he felt like family to us. He kept us informed of the process and what to expect. The entire crew was the best!! Bob, Pablo and the girls were fantastic!! After they finished, my home was so clean with no soot or any smell of soot. The garage took the biggest hit and they cleaned every tool (my husband has many tools)! They threw away what was not salvageable, kept what was questionable for the adjuster and cleaned all the rest all the while documenting everything!! They all deserve 10 stars!!

I would highly recommend SERVPRO. The team was very professional, courteous and prompt. Every step was explained to me thoroughly.

The technicians are good but the service is painfully slow! We have been waiting for almost 3 WEEKS to have few hardwood panels and a toilet to be installed, have been following up multiple times with a constant push back.
They only focus on cleaning up water damage ( which is where the money is) and wanted to replace the WHOLE flooring instead of fixing few panels! When we didn’t want that, they kept pushing back on fixing work! STILL WAITING FOR THE WORK TO BE COMPLETED! I had to personally search for the replacement panels and follow up every few days with no response from them!! WOULD NEVER WORK WITH THEM AGAIN!

Just at the beginning of having my house cleaned up. John and his partner came in and were nothing but professional and knowledgeable about getting my house put back together. This is the first time I have ever had to use any kind of Restoration company. They were easy to get a hold of and to make ongoing appointments with. Also very respectful of my property.

I just wanted to post how I was also impressed with Angel, and Genesis in the front office on how they constantly communicated with me to make sure I was satisfied with how things were handled.

I would like to recommend Darrin Grant for the work he did at my house. He demonstrated a high skill level on the work he performed. In addition he had a very calming effect, was punctual, and always polite and patient. I felt very lucky to have Servpro send this man to do the work at my house. He demonstrated his knowledge of what needed to be done and gave me confidence that the work would be done correctly.
