We were without AC and we called Johnsons and spoke with Bob and got all the facts that were needed to make a knowledgeable discussion. He worked with us, we were without AC for about the last 3 weeks. They got us scheduled in as quickly as possible an the guys were great. By 5:30pm it was starting to cool down boy is it nice!!! Johnson's is just a phone call away!!!

Called early on cold morning to report our heating system was blowing cold air. Appointment was scheduled for early afternoon. Repairman was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and was able to resolve the problem quickly. He also checked the whole system looking for other potential problems. I recommend Johnson's for all HVAC needs and/or repairs.
