Tyler came on time, was very thorough in checking all areas of the dryer/dryer vent. He explained everything he was doing, showed me before and after photos and was very courteous and professional the entire time. We are very happy with the service we received and will be calling them again for annual dryer cleaning.

From my first phone contact with Jon to the follow up just today, he and the service he performs is first class. I had purchased a dryer vent cleaner kit from Amazon with the intention to do it myself. My wife mentioned to me that the clothes were taking a lot longer to dry so I went out to where the vent was and there was absolutely no air flow coming out. To me, that indicated a larger problem that I was prepared to do with my little cleaning kit. He and his helper came and got the job done quickly, thoroughly, and professionally.
While they were here I also went for the new flexible metal connector and a new, very nice outside vent. My original vent, one with those 3 flaps that are supposed to open and close as the air flow comes and goes, was actually stuffed with lint. The new vent cover he installed is a one door with a magnetic closure, guaranteed for life. I highly recommend this service and Jon in particular. I feel a lot better knowing that the vent is clean and I don't have to worry about a fire.

First pic shows what I had, the second pic is what he installed and the third is the vent connection to my dryer. He has easy online booking through the website and will sent you email/text alert one year from service with a discount.

Excellent service. They replaced my outdoor dryer vent cover, which required climbing onto a steep roof. They had all the necessary safety equipment and worked very carefully. Super glad I stumbled on Jon's business when we were having dryer issues. After figuring out that the dryer itself was working fine, I found my vent in the attic to be apparently blocked and blowing dryer lint back in my attic. Tyler replaced the hose on the back of our dryer with a much better quality hose. Which by the way has a lifetime warranty. The cleaning process was much more detailed than any other company. They even check the airflow on the outside of the house. The outside vent was completely clogged and we had it cleaned last year by another company so I know it wasn’t done correctly.
