Still waiting for a call back from them......I would think "someone" would call even if they were busy to say they are busy....I called another company and spoke with a live person and have an appointment scheduled with the other company already. I highly doubt if I will hear from comfort tech....so dissapointed.

Not once but twice, when my furnace stopped working this winter, they sent someone over the same day (within hours) to repair. As a mom of an infant, that type of service means a lot to me.

Diagnostic worker did not fully inspect the unit, leaving the next day’s worker without the tools he needed.Then, he drives an hour away to realize the tool he needs is not there. Comes back to our home anyway, and does a “band-aid” fix and that next morning, we wake up sweating because it is no longer working. Great job guys, you really nailed it.

Got a second opinion on my HVAC and I'm sure glad I did! Fixed my system and saved me a ton of money! Will use this company moving forward!

I needed a new furnace last year. Pittsburgh Comfort Tech was very professional and simple to work with. They went above and beyond with some services and have great technicians who are customer focused. I would recommend.

AC wasn't dropping the temperature in the house. Air flow seemed weak. I changed the filter because it was pretty dirty. This didn't help. I called Pittsburgh Comfort Tech around 6:00pm. The answering service said they would relay the message. Less then 2 minutes and I received a call from Mark Turner . I explain the situation and he knew what the problem was. Over the phone, Mark told me how to fix the problem. I did what he said and it worked perfectly. No service call. No fee. I would recommend (and have) Mark and his team for all your heating and AC needs.

They have serviced my AC unit several times. Came the very next day after a holiday. Sorry I couldnt remember the technicians name, but hes always very professional. He could have very easily ripped me for 2-4 lbs of freon (how would I know?), but said it was only a minimal amount needed. AC works great, and pricing was very fair. Will certainly use and recommend them again ! Thanks to Mark and the gang ! Great job

I can't say enough good things about this company. Initially, I had called a different company to work on our furnace/boiler and ended up calling Comfort Tech 2 weeks later after the furnace stopped working again. They showed up, fixed it, and it's been working great ever since. Several years later, we had PCT install a set of mini-splits for AC since our house is hot water heated and there are no vents. Install was smooth and system works great. Workers are very knowlegable and I recommend this company to friends all the time.

Jeff, I can't say enough good things about your company. Your technicians are extremely professional polite they clean up when the job is complete. Anytime I have called whether it was for the air conditioner or the furnace you called me back immediately and within 24 hours you were here to fix the problem.

So grateful we were recommended PCT. I was worried our furnace was irreparable or that whoever would come out would say it was. Mark swung by the house not even two hours after my call and was able to diagnose, provide a quote, and order the needed part with a suspected timeframe of noon the next day. By 11:30 the next morning Dan arrived to our home and within 30 minutes we had heat. Honest, straight forward pricing. Pleasant polite technicians. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much more comfortable!
