Sparks flew out of my kitchen outlet upon testing for a DIY dishwasher install. After troubleshooting for hours, I called these guys and spoke to Vince. He spent several minutes on the phone helping me pro bono to make sure I tried everything before he sent someone out. Very easy to talk to and unassuming. Gave me some great advice! There hourly rates aren't too bad either. There aren't a ton of businesses out there that you can communicate with and get a good sense that they don't just want to try to charge you as much as they possibly can.

This company is amazing!! They have amazing people in the office who go above and beyond for their customers! They have hard working and knowledge employees that are held to high standards that they all meet! The company is locally owned and operated giving you the small business feeling that is personable but with big business capabilities!! That's a hard task all in own!! Great company I highly recommend them!!

I have two outlets in the kitchen which were not functioning. I called Vince and he talked me through resetting my ground fault which made the two non-functioning outlets work once again.
I had a second problem with the circuit breaker in my 10 year old home. He talked me through and corrected the problem by replugging the circuit breaker in over the phone.
Both problems or south in about 15 minutes of him talk to me through what to do.

Vince is very knowledgeable and very professional and very patient with this senior citizen(me).
