I'm giving this business 1 star. I emailed them on the 4th of April and it's now the 17th and other than an email saying that I would hear back from a sales person they have NEVER got me the quote or tried contacting me. Being in business where we serve customers a no reply and/or follow-up is unacceptable.

This is THE place to go for your plumbing needs. It would be a fluke if they don't have what you need. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable.

Jim is the man . I've been in the plumbing trade for over 20 years . Equiparts always has the part or can steer me in the right direction. Jim is extremely knowledgeable on the parts he sells . We joke at the shop , that whatever he's being paid , its not enough . Got us all out of a jam a couple of times. Equiparts is the place to go for to get your job done .

Mike is the man! Looked for a part for my shower that I would guess 40-50 years old. Called Equiparts at a local plumbing supply suggestion after they were suggested to me by Lowes. Literally three minutes on the phone with Mike and he asked for a few pics of the part and said he would see what he could do. 5 minutes later he calls me and asked how many do I need. Impressive! Equiparts has been my source for all of my facilities maintenance and plumbing needs for the past 8 years. The Equiparts staff is personable and professional, and they know the products they sell front and back. I’ve even sent them photos of parts I needed and didn’t know the name of, and they were able to find and send me the right part.
