Don't be intimidated by the industrial feel of the place. The staff is super helpful and they have a huge inventory of Kohler parts. On top of all that their prices are reasonable.

When I asked a guy for part, he not just showed me one but asked me what my problem was and very patiently gave me really good advice for possible solutions. It's this kind of thing that makes family owned hardware stores just totally Crush the mass of chain stores

Went in to get parts for a bathroom faucet. They were extremely helpful trying to get the part. They did not have it and gave me reccomendations how to find the model number. I decided to purchase a new faucet. There was no pressure to go this route and I like that.

This place is fantastic. As a home owner, I can go there to pick up a few parts to DIY. They will look up part numbers with their database and send you home with the right materials. Just recently I repaired my oil boiler with new gaskets and threaded flanges, thanks to their help!

Super helpful customer service. We needed just a small thing that they promptly brought over on the truck delivery to get it closer to our location. Then our plumber brought it instead.... So I called and the woman in the office was so pleasant and easy to deal with on the phone and refunded me right away. I will for sure always call them first for supplies when needed.

Most recently I was in need of some parts to fix a toilet and was thinking about driving down the road to Lowes but instead decided to stop here - they went above and beyond in helping me figure out a complication I was running into.

And when I saw the price of the three items I was buying totaled up to about $11 it was shocking - in a good way. The same things down the street would have easily been double that plus.

This is the place to get your plumbing supplies. Don't even think twice.

I needed a capacitor and a couple other things and Chris (counter sales) was incredibly helpful, friendly, insightful, and shared some critical information with me - it’s exactly this kind of knowledgeable service that sets this location apart. Friendly staff in the warehouse. My appointment was scheduled on my end for 0700, but the warehouse says receiving starts at 0730. I arrived at 0630. Not a good idea! There is a lot of box truck movement and they are not patient! If you pause for one second, you will be in someone’s way!

Luckily, I found a spot to pull in and park to wait. It’s where they load and unload flat bedders. But don’t count on that space being available.

Better to park on the off-ramp and wait until just before your delivery time if you want to make sure you’re not late. Traffic along the way when I came in at 0630 wasn’t too bad at all.

*Receiving says to park outside the gate and wait until your delivery time. Personally, I’d rather not be in the way at all around here.
