Constraction reviews in Oreland, Pennsylvania

I am a local contractor who needed to excavate a storm line. I used MBS for its rental services. It was a great experience with,
Great pricing, the delivery and pick up were easy. New machines , clean and serviced we had no issues at all.
They will be our go to for any upcoming projects .
Thanks again MBS and their crew.

Jason and his team did a fantastic job. We needed work done next to our house and everything was done carefully, professionally, and on-time. An excellent experience and result all around.

These guys are true professionals. Came out quickly to quote, booked my job in a reasonable time, showed up on time and prepared on work day, and the work itself was flawless. The operator they sent that day was Brandon, and he was awesome - a professional guy, always looking out for customer interests, and his skills as an equipment operator showed. Highly recommended all around.

We had an emergency issue in our backyard and needed help with a backhoe quickly. Jason called me back within 5 minutes and hopped on FaceTime to survey the situation and strategize on how we could remediate it quickly. Next morning Shane arrived with the backhoe 20 minutes before our 9 AM appointment and was great to work with - a real artisan with a piece of heavy machinery. Pragmatic, helpful, and just genuinely nice people. Got the job done quickly and it felt like I was working with an experienced friend rather than a guy I found on Google 24 hours earlier. These are the types of people you need when you're a homeowner power-stressing about a problem that exceeds your Home Depot + Youtube skills.

Jason and his team are top notch. Shane is a great operator and listens to your concerns...they cleared and graded a wooded area on my property and worled with me to make it affordable. Highly recommend!!

Jason and his team are top-notch professionals. We were very pleased with how they graded and fixed our backyard. They did an excellent job.

Completely blown away with the professionalism of this company. I called on a Wednesday made the appointment for That Friday. I was having a pool installed in my backyard but the ground was a huge slope. The owner asked for a few photos of the yard, gave me a price which was completely reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. Two younger guys showed up first thing Friday morning and were great, they worked their tails off and had it Completely level by the afternoon. I will be hiring them again on future projects. Great Company!

Jason did a great job. Got to the work place one time. Completed the side walk and repaired our ramp like it was before.
Jason listed to my remarks and followed them exactly.
Cleaned the job site afterwards.
Highly reccomend MBS for your concrete needs.

Jason and team took a relatively small residential job (grading and graveling a lot) and treated me like an industrial client. They were professional, transparent in their pricing, and passed savings on to me when the project changed. Highly recommend working with them!

I worked with Jason for a project to dig and level off a pit for a paver patio for our backyard. He showed up and went over the plan with us, even making some suggestions that not only saved us some cost but made future work easier on us. He was very straightforward about everything and it was all around a very pleasant experience. The work was done quickly, professionally, and with high quality.
We will definitely be using Mini Backhoe Services for all our future digging, leveling, and other landwork needs.

I was so happy to find Jason and his crew of Shane, John and Joey when looking to level a small section of our backyard! He responded the same day I contacted him, he stayed in contact with me and delivered ahead of schedule. He and his crew arrived early, we friendly, and a true pleasure to work with!

Jason from MBS responded to us quickly after the storm.
He and one of his crews were out the next day to remove debris level my yard back out.
I highly recommend this local contractor, Jason has decades of experience with the services he offers.
Thanks again MBS.

We're very happy with the great work mini backhoe services completed for us. Shane was very knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. I wish I could remember the other gentleman's name on the team who helped because he was very personable as well. The mini backhoe services team overall is easy to work with from start to finish and we hope to retain their services in the future.

I hired Jason to bring in dirt and level and grade my backyard. He and his team did a great job! I was very satisfied with his work and he completed the job in the exact time frame that he estimated based on the scope of work we agreed to. I am already looking into other parts of my property to bring him back to work on.

Would 100% recommend Jason and his team for all of your DIY and or small commercial projects. MBS demolished an existing /abandoned reflecting pond on our property, installed some boulder retaining walls, and rough/fine graded around 6,000 square feet of lawn. Our backyard is forever transformed and will be enjoyed by our kids and us for years to come. Thank you MBS!

MBS is the best around! Jason and his team provide top notch service all around. Scheduling, flexibility, hard work, and dedication they provide on every job. They have been excavating for us at Donnelly’s Home Comfort Specialist’s for over 2 years now and we couldn’t be more pleased! They present themselves in such a high manor even our clients have nothing but great things to say about them. Would highly recommend for any of your excavation needs!

Just had MBS come out to level an area for an above ground pool. From the very start of our conversations, Jason listened to our concerns and was very prompt with his replies. Professional and courteous from start to finish. The quality of his work is absolutely astounding. It would have taken me weeks to accomplish what Jason did in a few hours. I highly recommend MBS, and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Jason and the team were great. I needed a few stumps removed and I needed a flat area in the middle of the backyard for the fire pit. They did a great job and I can’t wait for the grass to finish growing so I can sit around a level fire pit! It’s obvious that they want to make sure they get the job done right. They listened to what I asked and stayed until it was perfect. Thanks Jason and team for all the hard work!

Jason and his crew did an excellent job on installing a new gravel driveway for me. For those that have tried to do work in the COVID world we are in, they would know contractors are all extremely busy right now.
Jason was incredibly professional and responsive, as well as giving realistic quotes and pricing. There wasn’t any of the typical lowball pricing that often happens with contractors and then up selling when anything out of the ordinary is encountered. The work was done quickly, properly, and the site left in excellent condition after the work was done.

I hired MBS to jack hammer and remove a bunch of concrete on my property from an old pool. I went with MBS because the quote was fair and reasonable. It was presented in a very polished and professional manner as a clear itemized list, broken down by price. I appreciate the transparency. Jason stayed in touch and scheduled a time to complete the work. He arrived on time, was personable and more importantly did a great job. I can tell he takes pride in his work. I was very satisfied with the end product. I plan to use him in the future and you should too.

MBS were very responsive and professional as they started and completed the job I needed at the most reasonable price and I couldn't be more satisfied!!!!! There are very limited businesses in this area providing this service and didn't return calls or quoted way too much for what I needed but MBS returned my call immediately and completed the job in a timely manner. I highly recommend Jason and Sean for any landscaping improvement projects you may have!!!! Very courteous and friendly and listened to my detailed wants and delivered exactly what I wanted!!!!
