We had an exterior drain that was very slow and in heavy rains caused water to flow into our basement. I called Positive Drain Flow, explained what I was seeing and they were able to stop by in the same day. The drain stubborn, but they persisted and got it unclogged. Nice people, responsive and did a great job - you won't be dissappointed.

I had a badly clogged drain in laundry room of my house. Aaron showed up promptly and quickly opened the line. He was on time and the charge was more than reasonable. Great value! Would use him again any time.

Aaron was great. He gave a fair estimate, then did MORE work as he ran into issues, and kept the same price. He was meticulous and very precise with his work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

During this crazy covid-19 year, we are preparing to host my daughter's wedding here at our family home. 10 days before the wedding, my sewer line backed up. I was ankle deep in raw sewage in our downstairs bathroom... which is the bathroom intended for the wedding guests. Aaron came right out and in no time, the problem was diagnosed... Roots in the sewer line along with some needle nose pliers that somehow got into the line. No more than another hour, he had the problems solved.

Thanks to his video diagnostics and milling equipment, he totally cleared the sewer line of all the tough roots and he even retrieved the pliers out of there. He went on to inspect the entire line (over 120 feet) and I could see on the monitor that everything was clear. It's a total relief that our sluggish sewer line is now flowing strong. I will rest easy now knowing we are good to go for the wedding. Thank You Aaron!

Totally positive experience with this reasonably priced company. Aaron was thorough, neat, and carefully explained each step of his work as he restored our 1936 house to top condition.

This service was amazing. Our main sewer drain had clogged and was leaking from underneath our basment toilet. Aaron (Positive Flow Drain Services) showed up on time, worked the problem and solved it in less than an hour. He gave us a free estimate and the quoted price was more than reaonalbe. I actually expected to spend a lot more. He was polite and respectful of us, our home, and our property. You couldn't do better. This was the first time we used this service, and believe me, we're keeping his number.

We are adding a kitchen and bathroom to our in-law suite and we also have a mysterious toilet out there with no idea what it’s tied into. Aaron showed up exactly when he said he would and mapped out our entire drainage system. Even emailed us the video of the inspection. He also relayed all the information he found directly to my plumber without me lifting a finger. He could not have made this job easier on us, and did it all for a great price. Will definitely use again if the need arises

Positive Flow Drain Services is FANTASTIC!!!

Aaron is a lifesaver!!! Over a course of a week three plumbers were at our house, none could “snake” the clog from our drain...sewage spilling into the basement ugh. All three professional plumbers agreed the basement floor needed to be dug up to find the clog and clear it, or replace a possibly broken pipe.

I received several quotes for thousands of dollars to dig up the floor...the thousands of dollars was for labor only!!! If we needed a new pipe, it would be at an additional extra cost!!

My last attempt was to check Next Door and try to find a plumber my neighbors recommended...
THE SMARTEST idea!!! I found Dave with good reviews!! Dave came out within hours of my calling, quickly assessed the problem and informed me I needed his friend, a drain guy, Aaron. Aaron came out the next day, performed his assessment, discussed prices and possibilities.

Aaron unclogged the drain!!!! No digging up the floor!!!! He gave us a new customer discount and fairly charged us!!

I deleted every plumber in my phone and added Positive Flow and Dave to my contacts.

Aaron emailed a detailed itemized receipt. He also emailed the videos with captions for before and after and other work needing to be done in our main drain. Aaron did a full assessment of plumbing work we will need including maintenance.
