Jordan came out to check the job outfirst visit he forgot about second time he showed up waiting 2 months for an estimate that never came. I left several messages. Hired another tree service. If he didn’t have time or didn’t want the job just say so….. Unfortunately , I cannot recommend.

Neighbor's tree being cut down. I was sent a brief secondhand message that Heartwood would "bring some equipment through my yard." Instead, I've got two really massive trucks parked IN my yard and taking up my entire yard, all day long. That's totally different, and I got a half-apology at first. To their credit, they offered to fix any damage incurred, and the trucks are parked on wide rubber mats. But what's most concerning to me is how long it took them to own up to their mistake, which has relevance to any customer. I do think they saw the light of day eventually, and I hope they have learned from this.

Very responsive, excellent work and clean up. Very fair price.

We called O'Brien's tree service at 2:30 PM, got an estimate at 4:30 PM, and had the fallen portion of a tree removed by 9:30 AM the next morning. You can barely tell anyone was even here! Their quote was less than HALF the price of the leading franchise in our area too! I cannot recommend this team enough for your tree removal service needs.

Chris is very responsive and honest. I have two sycamores close to the house that sway during a storm and makes me nervous. Thought I needed to remove them but Chis was honest and said they didn’t need to be removed and that they were strong trees. I absolutely recommend him!

Obrien’s removed 8 large trees from our property that fell as a result of the tornado in Horsham in September. Jenn was not only very professional and responsive, but so supportive and understanding during that stressful time, assisting us in the insurance process. Her team was efficient and thorough, making sure to care for our yard and property that was damaged in the storm along their way. Obrien’s is a wonderful family owned local business that I was proud to support!

We have used O'Brien's for decades. Sean was a very honest man and always did a great job. We also had Chris and he did great as well. They are generally the cheapest estimate. I'm not sure what happened but now estimates are done by Jennifer. I had multiple dead branches to the right of my yard and some hanging over the neighbors. We discussed "cleaning it up" and I asked her and she agreed to get rid of anything dead. She ended up writing on the paperwork to remove 3 dead branches and the crew only removed the 3 dead branches. They left other dead branches untouched. Where is the work ethic and trying to do a good job? What kind of company removes some dead branches but not all? Be sure to read exactly nwhat she writes and not trust what she says. That being said, she did write that they would remove 2 dead branches from my vibernum and the crew only removed 1. So even reading would not have helped that. They supposedly trimmed some living plum trees in my front flower bed but I can't tell because they barely touched them. In the old days, Sean and Chris actually came out and made sure all work was done that was needed and agreed upon. If they saw anything extra they would call. It was a real family business and they cared about what they were doing. Now there is a "crew" who robotically does what they are told with no real concern.
