We were scammed. We bought a Groupon special for two cleaning sessions. For the second service they cancelled on us, and would not return texts or answer my wife’s calls. When we called on my phone she picked up and said she would do the second cleaning session and to pick one of two days. However when I called back within the hour to schedule the session she did not answer. I left a message confirming the time and texted. She did not answer or return our text. At this point we are left with no conclusion except that she has took our money and ran. Also it’s not because our house is a mess. Our house is clean, we just wanted it extra nice for house guests. The cleaning on the first session was nothing to rave about but not terrible wither.

Very bad experience. Their communication needs improvement. Even with several misspelled words in their brochure, I biasedly scheduled them only because they was black.

Luckily, I didn’t waste money because I was contacted by some person at the time of my appointment on a social media app and was told that the schedule was appointed incorrectly and to reschedule another time!

I was excited about supporting someone from my neighborhood but was quickly dissatisfied by the lack of urgency and communication. I was never told the next available opening.

I am thankful to have the pleasure of doing business with Mitchie cleaning . They arrived before our scheduled time so they could dedicate the time that was needed to clean my building. They came in a did a complete 360 ! Thank you guys so much for the overhaul on my building looking forward to next time

I wanted to write and express my deep appreciation for the cleaners who did a deep clean of my home. The service was outstanding, exceptional, reliable, dependable, and extremely professional. Your office was my third attempt to find a good house cleaning service. The experience with your company was very friendly and knowledgeable. The call resulted in Nasa making a house visit to assess my needs and to sell a plan of action. She was very knowledgeable, very direct and had great communication skills to explain what, how and why certain services were needed. I immediately agreed to your services. Nasa and her helper arrived at my home on time, and immediately began to do the deep clean. They worked as a team and had a very positive attitude. NASA exhibited a great can do spirit and work ethic as she helped clean the inside and outside windows. Her helper tackled the sliding glass doors and their runners, did the floors and mopping while Nasa cleaned the kitchen and cleaned a difficult refrigerator. They worked diligently and continually asked questions to clarify what I wanted. They then followed up to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. The quality control was done by Nasa It was refreshing that she was the person who sold the service and then the same person to assure the quality was right. Because of all these factors, I am extending my contract to additional regular cleaning and have recommended their services to several people. This team at Mitchie Cleaning are a real asset for me to have in my life. I don’t know what I would do without them. Thank you so much Mitchie Cleaning and I look forward for our next week cleaning.

This experience was worth every red cent!! The staff super friendly and very professional and did not come to play!! I’ve been wanting to deep clean my home but haven’t had the time to do it myself. Nasaa was friendly, professional, prompt and thorough- both in her price quote and in the job done! Our rental property had been greatly neglected by the previous tenants and was FILTHY. Nasaa's team came in and got it sparkly clean from top to bottom in just a few hours. Not only did they scrub tubs, sinks, a nasty fridge & oven, and all the basics you'd expect, but they cleaned air vents (even removed-to-clean especially gross ones), door knobs, stair railing, light fixtures, windows (even some very high windows). We were truly amazed at how clean the place was after how disgusting it was earlier that same day.

They are very professional, on time and have excellent customer service. I used them to clean a house I recently purchased. There was a tub that was very dirty and when Mitchie's finished cleaning it, it looked brand new. Mitchie Cleaning Company does amazing work.

This was my first but NOT my last time having someone else clean, and when I say clean!!!!! As much as I scrub I never got my tub as white, the knobs so polished. My husband asked if they just replaced them haha. They were on time, friendly, and trustworthy as I left the home for the 2hr deep cleaning service. I will definitely make this part of my lifestyle as you should too!
