The technician is knowledgeable, helpful and cleaned up after he was done. He was on time and efficient. It was a pleasure to have him check our furnace.

Supreme Heating and Cooling is the best, best in price, best in service!!! They really go out of their way to help. Our air conditioner broke down in this grueling heat. They not only came out to replace it on a Saturday, but on July 4 weekend! Jay and Tim came to replace our air conditioner. They are a great team. They are professional, fast, efficient and nice. Called Supreme two days ago to look at my 26 year old AC which was not cooling the house. Anthony came out and advised there was a coolant leak. Due to cost and age he advised to replace the AC. He provided a number of choices without any pressure to buy. Since my furnace was the same age I asked Derrick, the owner, to provide an estimate on both furnace and AC. I decided on a combo that was installed today. Now my wife and I have a cool house again and look forward to a warm house this winter and in the years ahead. Derrick was on time; he and his assistant were very knowledgeable about proper removal and installation of my heating and cooling system. He pointed out the hidden danger of a cracked heat exchanger that I was unaware that I had. They finished the job in a timely manner; work area was throughly cleaned; the old heating unit was removed from premises along with other debris. Updates were made to the intake and exhaust of the heating system. Very satisfied. American Standard heating system " top of the line"

We just purchased a home and I called Supreme Heating and Cooling because our HVAC system was 21 years old and when we had it inspected, the heat exchanger had a few cracks. We just had the AC capacitor replaced but the AC wasn't running as cold as it should and took a while to cool the house.

I took the time to get six different companies to give us estimates because I wanted a very honest and thorough explanation of what we should get. Derrick with Supreme Heating and Cooling was patient answering all of my questions and gave us a great deal. My partner's Dad owns his own HVAC company in AZ and even confirmed that American Standard and the price we received was a very fair price. Derrick was able to send me a link to a home improvement company to finance it and our home warranty covered part of it.

Derrick's team was very communicative, showed up on time and was extremely respectful of our place. They are really meticulous and explained the entire system. Craft Heating installed the furnace 21 years ago and made 90 degree angles in the exhaust and intake so the original PVC pipes leaked and were not efficient. All 6 companies said the same thing. Derrick and his team (Jay, Tim and Matt) replaced all of the old the PVC pipes, put conduit on the outside connection with the AC condenser (only had exposed Romex before) and fixed the issue with the intake and exhaust to be different heights as Craft didn't do this. They even replaced the pump and the tubing because the other one had mold in it.

We are very impressed! This team was the absolute best and the prices are good. If you need a new HVAC system in the Pittsburgh/Shenango Valley area, call Derrick and his team.

Derrick and his team are top notch. They won't tell you what you want to hear but they'll tell you what you need to hear! Tim and Jay did an excellent job installing our unit. Overall, extremely happy with the service Supreme provided. Won't be using anyone else any time soon.

Derrick is a friendly and honest person. He doesn't try to sell you anything else and he listens to your requests and gives you different options to choose from. He will come to your house, give you free estimates, and describe the different options available. Derrick wears a mask inside and covers his shoes when entering the home. I was impressed. His price beat 3 other estimates. I only had to wait over the weekend for the install. It just gets better. I had a arrival window of 9-10am. His install crew showed up at 8:40am! Yes 20 minutes early. How often does that happen? Jay, Tim, and Mike were friendly and polite. They worked non-stop for 4 hours. They cleaned up everything when finished. Asked if I had any further questions. Bottom line I got a great deal, had nice professional people installing, and no pressure in selling you something not within your price range. Thank you Derrick. You and your team are greatly appreciated!
And I forgot to mention the warranty paperwork was turned in to Bryant within 2 hours of the installation. Thanks Derrick!
