The ease of making an appt., was great. Got an appt. For the same day, they came out fixed my dishwasher and kept me up to date of what was going on. They text you with the bill and so easy to just pay online. Would definitely use them again and recommend to my friends.

We picked Mr. Fix Appliance Repair based on their positive reviews. They did not disappoint. It was really easy to book an appointment online. The repair associate showed up on time. We didn't have to wait days for a repair. They were available the next day and we didn't have to go without a dishwasher for weeks.
