He gave us a detailed estimate and a great price. They made our idea come to life. The new deck is amazing. Mike and crew were awesome. Very professional. I would definitely recommend you use them.

I had reached out to Mike at Expert General Contracting about removing my old deck, and replacing with a new one with a permanent roof. He called me back within a day or two, and came out that same week to take a look and give an estimate. Once on his schedule, they arrived promptly in the timeframe I was told they’d likely be able to start the job, and demoed the previous deck within the first three hours. The new frame & roof went up quickly, and the job was done in less than a week and a half. Every time I reached out to Mike, he answered right away, and his team was amazing to deal with on a daily basis. Would highly recommend their services to anyone in the market to update to their outdoor space. Their work speaks for itself.

Mike was punctual when he arrived for an estimate and his price was fair. Once agreed, I was on the schedule. His team went above and beyond! Even with the snow, they cleared the area and started the work building a roof over my patio, including lights and heaters! They finished on time and on budget. Mike even checked back in once the weather cleared to see if there was anything that needed attention, but, so far, it has not! Within several days my yard was transformed into the exact deck I described to Mike and had always dreamt of having. The quality of the craftsmanship and appropriate speed with which it was erected was magnificent to witness which culminated in my dream deck being fully realized. Amazing cabinetry and trim work, fixed my leaky bathroom faucet, replaced my outdoor faucet, replaced and installed bathroom medicine cabinet and did a great job deep cleaning my house. Had an outstanding experience with this company. Colin burke came to my apartment in University City Philadelphia and installed a mount for my new tv. Not only was he extremely professional and courteous but he got the job done in a timely manner. On top of that, when the installation was complete, he even helped me set up my tv! That is above and beyond to me. Would highly recommend this company to to anyone.

I had an electrical wiring issue which was caused by the contractor who renovated my house. I called Colin and it took him for 15 minutes to solve and fix the issue. His rate is also quite reasonable compared to other contractors in my area. He is responsive, quick and honest!. I strongly suggest him as a general contractor.

We recently had an issue with our electric after having some work done at our house. Colin was extremely responsive, came out quickly and fixed the problem in no time! He had great suggestions and made some adjustments to make sure we didn’t run into any issues again with our outlets. It was a small problem but an excellent experience and we will definitely be using above all again for any electric or home improvement needs!
