Great service, been with BMC for couple of years, they take care of my annual inspection and with this violation, they sent technicians over and provided the quote. Finished everything within the city deadlines. I feel like I can always count on them. Thank you

As always, BMC was great. The technician was fast, friendly, and efficient. I'm already looking forward to next year's sprinkler/backflow inspection.

BM Consulting has protected our buildings from fire effectively for more than 15 years. We have used them for both new sprinkler installs and service with excellent results.

BM Consulting has performed the backflow prevention tests and fire alarm tests at our North Philly warehouse the last 3 years. They are professional, easy to communicate with, and on time. If you need a certification, go to them!

Beware of BM Consulting. Workmanship and customer care are at the bottom of their concerns. I moved into a new home in south Philadelphia. The work they had done for the developer was not properly fitted from the main waterline to our sprinkler system. After a few years after the install BM Consulting tried to bill me for the faulty install repair. I pushed back mentioning it was done incorrectly from the new build and they did honor repairing it for free at this point. The initial repair person who had zero personality and had few words, fixed the repair quickly and said they will return to put the service back on after two days. Two days later no one showed up to turn our main water back on and I needed to get frustrated on the phone until someone came out to turn the service on. I never received a call and if I didn't call, would have probably waited another day. The service person turned on the water, I asked what should I do and I was told to let the water run until the air is out of the lines and he left.

Well, this was poor judgement and bad counseling or care for the customer. My refrigerator water line, washing machine, dishwasher, two shower heads, two faucets and a water booster all clogged with debris. BM Consulting told me to call a plumber and they washed their hands of any issues. It cost nearly $600 in repairs and service and after multiple calls and emails,

Ben the owner refuses to speak about any resolution or accountability of instructing customers on service calls after they complete service. DO NOT expect good craftsmanship, customer care or even human dignity whaen speaking with or engaging with BM Consulting. I sent receipts of repairs that I ensured were fair rates versus buying all new appliances, which frankly I could have done. But Ben is not a man who honors his customers, employees and the work being done by his company. If you use them or are a current customer, I recommend sourcing a new company before you have an issue and need their help!

I've used BM Consulting for 12 yrs and they are always professional, efficient and on time. Excellent workmanship and caring and respectful of the houses I build. Never any issues, the best!!!

I work with BM Consulting many years and honestly i never had any issues with them. The prices are reasonable, the customer service is very good and always responsible. Tried before to work with some other companies as well just for comparable reason and i would say don't waste your time shopping around , call directly to BM to get your job done !!!

BMI Consulting took a large deposit from me and then quickly raised the price. Despite requesting a refund, no work was completed, and I only received a receipt. After extensive back and forth, I now have to file a lawsuit to get my money back, as the owner, Ben, doesn’t respond to my calls.

Great company with very fair pricing and very reliable service. On top of that, Jenny goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. Highly recommend

If you want quality work, please go find a real contractor! His work is not quality, he lacks integrity and he has no team to get the job done. Antony was hired to renovate an entire property and did a HORRIBLE job. His imperfections were pointed out to him on numerous occasions and they didn’t get much better. The job was extended months past it’s due date because of the corrections that needed to be made & lack of staffing amongst other things. So many things had to be redone and/or completed by new contractors to get the property right. Flooring was put in place without subflooring, a tub was “installed “ without attaching the plumbing or mounting it, he said he hired a roofer(I think he did it himself). And guess what, he wants to be paid for this daycare level contracting work. DON’T. DO. IT!
