The professionalism the work and the respect I was given as a homeowner was outstanding. The work that they did was even better. I will definitely recommend EP Electric LLC to all my friends and family.

The guys came out right on time to provide me a quote to install an ev charger. They recommended upgrading my service from 100 amp to a 200 amp service, they provided me with the quote right away and the quote was very reasonable. I told them to go ahead with the work and they came back the next morning. In 4 to 5 hours they completed the work. I can’t say enough of how professional and the quality of work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Overall very satisfied from start to finish. The team (Andy &Ron) at EP Electrical communicated in a way that was easy to understand. I called in the morning and everything was resolved by noon, thank you again. You can’t out a price on great service.

We had our main service wire as well as the meter box replaced by EP Electric. I highly recommended using their services. Ron and Alex were able to provide a free quote, replacement and installation on the same day that we called. They were on time, professional, and able to address all of our questions and concerns. I had an exceptional experience with this company. Shortly after submitting the contact form, I received a prompt call, and they scheduled a visit for the very next day. Ed and Ron were not only professional but also incredibly friendly. They quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it in the same visit, saving me the need for a follow-up. Their efficiency and customer service were outstanding, and I highly recommend them.

Ok, well, well, well... I literally have NEVER met or come across such a WONDERFUL electric company out there in the Philadelphia region (and I have dealt with a few over a few decades). These EPElectric professionals were so well presented, knowledgeable, PATIENT (with me and my questions), efficient, effective, pleasant, flexible, helpful, and willing to accommodate the customer by even moving difficult furniture items to get to a faulty power strip... which is the culprit for my call.

Originally, "ANDY" answered my call and scheduled me for an emergency appointment at my request, but I changed it and Andy rescheduled me for a NEXT DAY appointment (first thing in the morning). I felt treated like their #1 customer ever !!!

As for my emergency call, I became terribly concerned when I heard that arcing sound and electrical fried smell that is unmistakable, but Andy assured me that if everything was turned OFF, I could wait until Monday morning (next day) and avoid their emergency fee. What a super-nice and HONEST businessman !!!!!!!

Andy also, had called me personally in the morning, before the appointment to advise me of the electricians ETA. Upon arrival and meeting Eddie and Ronnie on location, I learned Andy was the owner !

EPElectric is THEE business YOU want to call, for certain !!! These professional electricians (Eddie and Ronnie) showed up in uniform looking "impeccably sharp"... this creates a trusting image representing the entire business... I have heard the addage, "You never get a second chance to make a first impression"... well, in today's world - full of scammers, jokers and dishonest people who have NO work ethic... EPElectric "blows them out of the water" !!!

My comfort level and need to feel secure and safe again in my own home was paramount and the efforts properly executed beginning with ANDY and successfully completed by EDDIE and RONNIE resulted in a restored peace of mind... which is priceless... even though their rates are very reasonable !

I recommend EPElectric to everyone !!! I assure you will NOT be disappointed, but rather grateful they and this business exists today ! I saw online they had a 5-STAR Rating and I can only ADD to it with my, personal 10-STAR Rating... you will NOT find a better, all-around experience, if you need professional, electrical work performed !!!

Eddie & Ronnie saved my life today! I needed a brand new panel and they took care of it with no issue and in a timely manner. Saved us literally!

Ron and Eddie were phenomenal!! They were prompt, quick, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and, most importantly, they were fantastic with my cats!! In the 40 minutes they were here, they were personable, pleasant, and non-judgemental of me and my DIY-gone-wrong. They took the time to explain stuff and answered every question straightforward. Low key, I'm always worried about getting a poor attitude from contractors called out on a weekend but honestly, they were completely calm and in great spirits the whole time. Will definitely call them for my future electrical needs!

Had a flood light and outdoor outlet replaced. Old outlet stopped working a few years back and I finally got around to having it replaced. Old flood light was removed during roofing project leaving wiring exposed. Andy was able to quickly come out same day and get both installed for me. He even explained why I was having issues in the past with some of my older outdoor outlets. Very happy with the work he did and price was fair for the market average. Definitely will use EP Electric llc again In the future.

I thought the end was near at 3:30 this morning when a horrible, loud, mechanical sound started coming from my electrical outlet. I called EP electric’s 24 hour line and was thrilled that a LIVE HUMAN picked up and walked me through what would need to be done, including letting me know that a technician could be sent out that same morning! Ron was the electrician assigned to my case - he was incredibly professional, kind and thorough. He explained all
Of the ins and outs to me - let me know that my external connection and meter was old and rusted out, and told me what would need to be done to fix the issue. Ron helped me apply any available discounts. I will always use and recommend EP electric for any electricity needs at my home in Manayunk! It’s great to know they are in the Philly area and can assist!

I bought a new house a few months ago and had many different contractors. These guys are my favorite so far! Super professional. Came on time, made sure their work was quality and cleaned up after themselves.

Had a great experience with Ron. He replaced a burned-out GFCI outlet and swapped out a few breakers that were giving me trouble. Their pricing was very fair, and I really appreciated how thorough and detail oriented they were. He took the time to explain what went wrong and made sure everything was safe before he left. Highly recommend if you want the job done right without any runaround.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor. They changed my service wire, upgraded my 100 amp panel to a 200 amp panel, and installed a Tesla charger at my house on a separate line . Extremely friendly, professional, and timely . Excellent job cleaning up and went above and beyond what I had asked them to do! I’ll be using them again and would highly recommend them for all of your electrical needs .

EPElectric came out to switch out broken/ungrounded outlets as well as changing out a light switch and outside outlet. Start to finish, they were professional and courteous, completing the job in a timely manner. They explained exactly what they were doing, walking us through everything. Couldn’t be happier with the service & the outcome. Will definitely use them again!
